Lydia did such an awesome job cutting my hair. She cut off probably 6-8” and I was really nervous getting a bob. But she did such a rocking job. I love it. I would recommend JCpenny hair to anyone, and I would go back there. Good price, kind qualified service.

Pretty nice. Got a perm there and she used white rollers or whatever they're called. It turned out the way I wanted it too, not way better than I expected but not worse, either.

Karla was cutting my hair and made a comment that it was like spiderwebs back there. This was after me telling her that I just went through a major bout of depression and that I hadn't been taking care of my hair properly. I blew it off like it was no big deal, but it was, and I will never set foot back into the Jcpenny hair salon again!

Jamie Evans turned me down for being 20 minutes late with my 2 month baby in tow, after she was on the phone for 5 minutes with someone else. She said by the time she was done, she would be off and didnt have time. Heres a hint: make sure the scheduler takes that into account. Its UNPROFESSIONAL that clients have to worry about that
She lost my business and a LARGE tip for those 15 mins❤️

Due to a mix up, I was late for my appointment. Luckily Tami became available so was still able to cut my hair. I told her, in general, what I had in mind and she far exceeded what I had hoped for! Due to some health issues I had aged about 10 yrs in a few months time. Tami must have tapped into the fountain of youth for me because with her cut and styling I lost at least ten yrs. in appearance. Of course, I feel better, too.Tami, I can’t thank you enough and thank you also for being so kind and courteous in spite of me being so late.

It had been over a year since getting my hair cut last. It was pretty bad looking and needed about half chopped off. Hannah was awesome and cut it exactly how I wanted. I'm super in love with it and will absolutely go back when it's time for a clean up. Thank you. ?

I always wait until my son's hair is way too long but they we able to fit us in same day and I actually booked online so simple! Hannah May was awesome and made sure my son's hair was just how I would like it. I booked with her again!

Went in last night to ask about scheduling an appointment and was ignored, so I left. Husband went back in and hair dresser rudely told him she couldnt help him when he had a question about scheduling.This used to be a decent place to go for haircuts for the family, but I'll find somewhere else.
