I recently purchased a vehicle from JJs and just a few months later the vehicle is needing costly repairs. When I reached out to JJs to explain the situation the only thing that Ivan could say was we go off of what their service department checked off and that the vehicle was in good running condition and there was nothing that they could do, but I could have their services department take a look, but honestly why would I have your service department check over the car if you failed a honest inspection the first go around and had already broken down and needed to tow my car into a reputable repair shop. After having to replace the camshaft and its components, other items like the timing belt and water pump need repairs as well. The shop doing the repairs noted other items needing attention that were notes as replaced or serviced on JJs service invoice for my record, things such as the spark plugs, transmission service and seal. What a horrible experience this has been and hope that no one else has to experience the disappointment and financial hardship after shortly buying a vehicle from them!

I was able to get a new car today from Jj's auto and they are hands down the best experience I've ever had with a car lot. Ivan and Brandon both are super friendly, have great customer service, and care about the customers wants and needs. They made the buying process simple and smooth and best of all, they are not pushy at all. I can't say enough great things about them. If you need or want a new car, Jj's auto is where you should go! You wont be sorry!

purchased a used car and applied for a gap / service insurance through this dealership. later I decided to sell it and therefore contacted J J in February this year for cancellation, i went through difficulties with false promises from Kristy and decided to contact America guardian warranty services and the refund was made in my name three weeks ago through this dealer , they are still withholding my refund for no reason whatsoever , can you please do the needful and stop buying time
