I have banked at Wells Fargo, and cashmere valley and I'm so glad I bank with key. My personal accounts of Wells Fargo that left a long lasting impression was unfriendly and too many fees. My personal accounts of cashmere valley was I felt like they had there nose up in the air so far they couldn't see, big fish in a small pond mentality which is very off putting to me. But with key I feel like a truly valued client and that means a lot plus if I'm anywhere in western Washington I have no problem finding a ATM. Thank you key bank for all you do and I highly recommend them to you too?

This bank did gave me the impression that they were not at all interested in my business. I had an extensive wait for the personal banker only to have them leave before talking to me.i was bumped to the lead teller who did not give me any confidence that they knew how to talk to a customer. Not impressed at all with the professionalism at this branch.

Needed to deposit a check for my mother in a different city. Thought it would be a hassle. Turns out it was very easy. Staff and clerk were very helpful and friendly. Made the stop quick and pleasant. Thanks!

I can't even width draw money from my account with my ID, and they still required me to fill out this little paper form when I got to the drive through. I don't know my account number as my account was created by Washington ESD. And then one idiotic customer of theirs went the wrong way as I tried to use their ATM but that lane is so narrow that it can only fit one car, then I was forced to use the drive through. Other banks I used allowed allowed me to width draw using my ID, but they asked for my Social Security number so I just left.

It would be a lot better if the tellers would work instead of visiting with each other behind the counter and not working while chatting with customers.

Tellers are very kind especially if you're just trying to do standard banking operations. Once you try and do anything beyond that, they treat the situation as if they don't know how to properly handle it. Something needs to change at this key bank because every other key bank I've personally went to had been more than helpful about everything. If you're looking to bank in the wenatchee valley, I strongly urge you to NOT bank here unless all you need to do is use the bank as a glorified ATM. I'm glad I never have to go here again

Unlike my other bank payments take forever at key bank to process. Have had my card hacked with this company also and it took a month to get my card. And they don't answer the phones at the branch. Will be closing my account ASAP.
