Roland came recommended to me and was FANTASTIC! Knew right away what was wrong with my car, fixed it the same day and even gave me a ride home while I waited. He even offered to bring me back when my car was done. I will return here for all my repairs. Prices were reasonable and staff was efficient.

Can sit in your vehicle during an oil change, they listen to recommendations, good crew, didn’t stress me out as I usually change my own oil, happy crew in there. Definitely recommend.

They had my car for 3 wks and couldn't tell me what was wrong with it.took plugs out broke one left them out. And hoses were left off and wire were left unplugged then called me to pick my car up.people and owner are really nice other than that My car is now further from running than what it was.

Went today for a muffler fix. Owner Rowland looked at it, showed it to me, 🤣 surprised that my muffler was just hanging by a hair! Car sounded like a harley!
Well they got it fixed in such short time, quicker than expected! So helpful with the courtesy ride as well he provided as i left my car there to get worked on.
My car sounds amazing! Very quiet! Will return for service again. Thank you to KWIK lube & Tune!

Referred to here by two separate friends. The owner Roland was very kind and their service was fairly priced and prompt for a complete brake job front and back. Will be going back for service on our older Jeep.

Frankly, Roland at Kwik-Lube & Tune in Wenatchee is one of the only mechanics I trust. My family has been going here for decades now and Roland has always taken good care of our vehicles and advised us in ways to help us save money. I never feel like I'm being swindled or paying for services I didn't need, and he won't charge me just to diagnose an issue which is a lot more than I can say for the dealership I bought my vehicle from.
If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic, look no further. Roland is your guy.

Roland was recommended to us by another reputable shop when our car broke down on vacation. He went out his way to accommodate us in a frustrating situation, and was very communicative throughout which was appreciated since we live in Seattle. Prices were very reasonable and the car seems to be running even better than it did before. Highly recommend!

Despite the name, these guys are anything but quick. I waited 30 minutes in line before someone came out to tell me that they were waiting on a parts delivery and that it would be at least another 30 minutes before they could get me in for an oil change.

Was referred my family to take my truck in , took my truck in and got the AC recharged/ inspected and payed my bill, truck had issues 1 day later so I took it back , they told me it was fine, recharged the system and sent me on my way, took it back 2 days later same issue where I was met with an extremely rude employee who slammed my hood after telling me “it wasn’t there problem” and then Proceeded to jump in my truck and take off, came back with a whole different attitude because he saw the issue I was explaining.. told me he’d call me to set up an appointment and didn’t ever call me back so I took it to a different shop where they fixed the issue within that same day of my appointment and expressed that my system had not been recharged correctly at all. Needless to say ROLAND is the only person I would trust around there… extremely disappointed to have to spend more money to have someone else do what I had already paid Kwik-Lube to do ..
