I've been to or have been a member at many regular gyms and CrossFit gyms over the years so I now look for specific things when I am going to join. I want an owner that is full-time invested not just in the physical gym but also in the community and vibe of the place. I want a relaxed and inclusive feel, I want it clean and organized, and I want it to be fun with good people. LEAF has all these things and then some; I joined immediately.It has been a great experience. Like many people, COVID got me off track so I was not in a strong place physically. The coaches here really do care, and despite the group class environment they made time to personalize the workouts to my current fitness and previous injuries and helped me ease back into it.And soon after joining I started meeting all the great members too. I've been here for just 7 months and my life has been significantly improved because of this place. 5 stars all around.

I am not a CrossFitter. That was a belief I held until October 19, 2022. That was the day I first set foot in LEAF. From the start, I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Gym members were reassuring and engaging, they asked questions and were interested in who I was. The coaches at LEAF play a large part in the gym’s culture of inclusion and encouragement. They supported and challenged me as I pushed beyond the barriers my 54 year old brain had placed between me and my goals. Because of this, I have accomplished more at LEAF than I ever have at any other gym. Kyle himself is invested in each individual member. In fact, I had missed a few weeks last month and was surprised to receive a text from him asking how I was. So many things have changed since last October, I have new friends, I have new skills, I am stronger, I have better cardiac health, I am more confident, and yes... I can say with certainty and pride, I am a CrossFit Athelete.

I joined LEAF gym a little over a year ago and it has been overall a great experience! The trainers are so thorough, supportive and knowledgeable. Kyle has also created such a positive and fun environment, so even though you are working hard you’re also having a good time. I’m so appreciative that I stumbled across this gym!

The first time I heard about LEAF, there was appeal. After speaking with Kyle initially, I knew it was something I wanted to do. Over the course of the last year and change, I have fallen into this community of incredible, like-minded people that enjoy doing really hard things. The coaches are all fantastic, and this gym is accommodating of EVERYONE no matter of fitness level, experience, age, etc, etc. WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!!

LEAF has been awesome to me. Not only are the trainers exceptional, but the overall vibe is excellent and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. The encouragement from not only the staff but the other members is incredible. I definitely recommend LEAF to anyone, from starter to pro, they have workouts for everyone.

After playing sports for years and traditional gym workouts, I felt like I plateaued. Kyle and his team have elevated my athleticism and overall level of fitness. The people that are a part of this community are truly one of a kind and I couldn’t be more grateful that this is where I’ve landed.

LEAF gym has been amazing. The best private training and group classes I have taken. Kyle will go the extra mile to work with you to plan your goals and give you the best coaching available to get there. He spent the extra time out of his schedule, coaching me one on one during the on-ramp program to get me started. Kyle, his coaching staff, and the community are welcoming and encouraging. I can't recommend LEAF enough.

Visiting Wenatchee for the week and needed a place to workout. CrossFit LEAF welcomed me with open arms and made it better simple to sign up for drop in classes! Kyle is an amazing coach and explains each movements in the workouts to make sure you understand them. I was nervous about going to a new gym, but everyone was very kind and made me feel welcome. I wasn’t able to make one of the classes I signed up for, but was able to go in on my own to get my workout in. Highly recommend CrossFit LEAF for anyone who’s looking for a fit family! Will definitely be back when I am in Wenatchee again.

This gym has been a blessing for me in more ways than I can count. I have struggled with finding a community in the valley for a while and LEAF has been an integral part of meeting that need for me. Yes, it's a gym where you come to workout, but within that Kyle has created an opportunity for people from all walks of life to be challenged, feel accepted and most of all encouraged to better themselves through more than just fitness. I love the people and the physical challenges LEAF provides! BEST gym I've ever been a part of!
