Did a day trip to Leavenworth/wenatchee areas ans caught a nail somewhere. Had it "fixed" at les schwab and was not told much info by the tech, and not given a safety sheet afterwords that they give you to tell you the performed service, and what was done ans if there are any issues anywhere else they saw. Instead my tire was "patched" and "dunk tested". Within a couple minutes of leaving I noticed the tire was still bulging out a bit and under filled. So I had to stop multiple times from wenatchee to tri cities to get air for the tire. When I returned to tri cities, I went to my local les schwab and they confirmed the previous tech had not gotten the other nail out and that they didn't do the best patch job on the first one. So they left a nail in my tire...then Tim the "MaNaGeR" calls to tell me how I'm wrong and he watched the cameras and his employee performed all the tests. Okay cool, he can perform them all he wants but he missed a nail and nearly cost me thousands and a blown tire. Didn't offer anything but a "We're not perfect" excuse.
At this point I've turned everything over to corporate and they will deal with this. Tim also told me that a tire can be patched and repaired hundreds of times and be fine... this guy doesn't know what he is talking about and honestly looking through the 1 star reviews, and seeing others with the SAME issue.... it seems to be a trend happening here over the years. Front desk people are nice and staff are nice in person but over the phone, Tim placed blame on me and said his cameras are so good he can see any bubbles if there were any in the water dunk test. If traffic cameras can barely see a license plate, I doubt you have cameras that can zoom that clearly. Your employee made a mistake, cut corners, and let me go on an unsafe tire after wasting 2 hours in there when I arrived at 7:55

Was visiting from tri cities and got a nail in my tire somewhere between Chelan and Wenatchee on Sunday the 14th of July 2024. The guy didn't tell me much besides 1 small nail punctured and he fixed it. I noticed about 5 minutes down the road my tire was beginning to deplete in air and limping again. I had to call Triple A, have them bring me a correctly sized spare to get back home.
I went to the Kennewick WA store to repair the tire today and they informed me the previous tech didn't remove a 2nd nail which was found... I'm extremely lucky to not be stranded, have my car destroyed etc. Please reach out because I believe the fault of the technician warrants me a free new tire replacement in general. I'd like to speak via email or phone with whomever can have this issue fixed. Please reply to this with a way to get ahold of them. I don't want to call the store and get a run around about the issue.

I’ve always gone to Les Schwab for my tires. They’re always quick to finish with my vehicles at the time quoted if not earlier.

They refused brake pad service on Tesla despite the brakes being the same as any other car. They're just prejudiced against EV's or something I guess.

Blew a trailer tire for the first time. Was able to get all four and the spare changed out over Memorial Day weekend while staying at the nearby state park. Two changed out the same day (in about 45 minutes) and three more the next day also in about 45 minutes. Crew was very friendly and communicated clearly and often. Amazing service! The drive back home was made much more comforting by the team at Les Schwab!

Took my car in to have rear brake checked. It would squeak when I back up. They had checked brakes a month ago and rotated tires all was good. The squeak issue was checked and fixed . Rock stuck in brake shoe. Young man was very polite and got us back on the road. Thank You for many years of top service and wonderful professionalism as well as top products!!

We got quick, efficient and professional service when we had unexpected tire issues with our RV. Great price too. The employee that worked with us (Gile) was an excellent representative of everything we look for as a customer. He deserves a big pat on the back...and a raise.

I booked an appointment more than a month ago. Came in from Vashon Island (a $30 trip on the ferry) only to be told they'd sold those tires a couple weeks ago and never bothered to let me know. Now they want to push their proprietary in-house brand, about which there is virtually no information available. No thanks, won't be back.

My buddies battery went bad and it was from Les Schwabs and only 2 years old. They wouldn't honor the warranty because he didn't have the receipt.

Got a flat this afternoon with my kids and dog and Les Schwab sent a very kind and helpful gentleman out, I wish I could remember his name , he pumped up the tire and followed me to the shop and got it in right away and 15 minutes later it was fixed! I'm so impressed. They even let my dog come in while we waited and my girls really enjoyed the popcorn and vending machines. They thought it was so cool they asked if we could go back again sometime.

I've bought many tires over the years from various stores, but I must say that the Les Schwab in Wenatchee stands out as the best. Recently, I got snow-rated tires for my Jeep, and I'm really impressed. They're quiet and perform exceptionally well in the snow. The customer service is phenomenal; the staff is always friendly, helpful, and patiently answers all my questions. I particularly appreciate the convenience of driving up to a bay for a quick tire pressure check. If you're in the market for tires, I highly recommend the Les Schwab in Wenatchee.
