Millenium glass came to the rescue when our truck had a cracked windshield on a fire. They had our windshield overnighted and installed within 24 hours of calling them. This is after safelite was gonna make us drive 2 hours, one way. And they were cheaper if your paying out of pocket. Thank you so much for helping us stay in action on the fire.

Was driving up to Leavenworth and my weather stripping on my windshield came up at the top, I called them made an appointment same day and they pulled my car in and got it fixed up and cleaned the glue and everything super nice people

We got a nasty star in our rental car windshield and I found this place online while visiting Wenatchee. The folks here were so helpful and professional. We left our car while we rode bikes and then picked it up in the afternoon. They did a fantastic job, at a reasonable price.

Okay customer service at counter, but truly terrible service, I came in for a windsheild replacement a while ago, after they replaced it, they totally missed a spot of urethane on the upper drivers side corner of the windsheild. Wind was blowing through it, so I brought it in to have it fixed, they fixed the problem, but then they forgor to put the screws for the cowling back in so we had to put some of our own screws to hold it down. A little while later, the windshield trim in the upper corner where they fixed the wind problem, started to come off because they globbed so much urethane into the crack between the windsheild and the cab that the trim wont even stay in the crack like its supposed to. So I went back in AGAIN to get that upper trim fixed and put back in, I also told them that ever since the last time they fixed the upper urethane, my passenger side carpet was getting wet after it rained which has never happened before, so then they discovered, another, hole, in the bottem of the windsheilds urethane that didn't get completely filled last time, so they said that they fixed that. I got home and figured the windsheild problem was finally over with, but, as I was double checking everything, I noticed they forgot to put the cowling screws in again, FOR THE SECOND TIME, so now I have to go back there for the 4th time. Not super pleased with this glass place.

They had to work extra hard to get an old trailer hitch off my truck. They kept me well informed of what was going on. They were professional and courteous even with all the issues they had with the removal of the old hitch. The install of the new hitch was quick and painless for them after dealing with the old one. Their price was very fair considering the headache. Thank you for the great work! I highly recommend them for this kind of work!

I was traveling and hoping to just dash in and get a rock chip fixed. They weren't able to take care of me on such short notice because they were working in Chelan. They did offer names of other local folks to try. They were very friendly and helpful.

Needed a windshield chip repaired as it was pretty bad, and the same day it happened they squeezed me in right before closing and it was a totally hassle-free experience. Would definitely go here again.
