Don’t bother going here!!!! Waste of time and money!!!!! Biggest waste of $50 for a complete manicure that I ever had. Then she complained about the tip that was left on the receipt which was five dollars so I gave her another five dollars cash. However, within one hour of leaving and I had SNS the powdered nail dip done the nails were already peeling off. They did not dip it in the white powder as they should after they put on . And they did not at the end re-dip it in the white powder as they’re supposed to after the activation and before putting on the Shine. When I try to call the salon, it just rings off the hook and nobody answers. I will not go back here. This is the second nail salon. I’ve been in Wenatchee. I’m starting to think that Washington nail salons are horrible.

Nancy and Thai always do an amazing job. I have always gone here & ended up bringing my mom as well. She’s in love with her nails that Thai did, won’t stop talking about them. Always welcoming & a clean space! Very friendly too!, Will be coming for more appointments in the future. 10/10 recommend 💅

Not happy with the service today. It was rushed and not good. We asked for the delux as they handed us the menu then told us they didn’t have time. When asked if she was going to do callus removal she said no it was $5 extra even though it’s included in the basic. Will never be back worst service ever.

Not happy with today's service and will not be back. My friend and I scheduled days ago for pedicures and when we got there we were told they only had time to do basic and then they rushed our service and didn't even do the pumice stone and argued when we asked as it's stated in the basic and then charged me for calus removal ! $50 for the worst pedicure I've had

Came in to ask for pricing and if they could work with an ingrown nail and the woman told me they don’t and that their pedicure lasts 30 minutes and walked away.
Needless to say I’ve never experienced such bad customer service without even having my nails done.
People need to educate themselves and not speak in a different language specially, when dealing with a customer to not make them feel uncomfortable. I could’ve talked German or Spanish and I’m sure you would’ve not have understood a word I said but then again I was raised correctly.

A man here, had bad toenails at one time, had advice to visit nail salons for follow-up care, they took real good care of me here, highly recommended. Thank you gals!

I was visiting Wenatchee and stopped in on the recommendation of someone who has her nails done here regularly and I wasn’t disappointed! I don’t get my nails done often because I’m really hard on my hands and a manicure - even gel- rarely holds up more than a few days, but it was a special occasion so I wanted my nails to look nice. I couldn’t be more pleased! My nails looked great when I left - I didn’t take a picture, but more importantly, it’s been almost 3 weeks since I had them done and they STILL look great! I have gardened, washed dishes and done all of the things that normally take a toll on a manicure, with or without gloves and I literally just got my first chip today. I will definitely stop in again the next time I’m in town and highly recommend the service I received.

Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off. I gave my wife $130 to pay for her nails. She said it costed $42 they did not give her a receipt. $130-$42=$88. I only received $68 back.(First Amendment: freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, and freedom of assembly). The business wants me to take down my review, or they said they will sue me for defamation. It is my first amendment right to freely post my experience at this establishment.

I am a pedicure girl and I have been coming to Nail Art for years! I think they are one of the best places in the valley to come. The massage chairs, leg scrub and hot stone massage are so nice too.

Not sure why this place has so many 1 star reviews. I had a great experience for my first time. Walked in on a Saturday with no appointment and asked if they had time for a pedicure. I waited for maybe 5 minutes until one of the sweetest ladies gave me the best service. I didn’t even ask for it but she gave me the hot rocks and towels and all the deliciousness. Got in there real good and was so relaxing I closed my eyes for a few minutes. The price was totally reasonable too. It was $42 for a pedicure with gel polish. I tipped $13 because I wanted to show my appreciation for going above and beyond. I’ve gotten my nails done at multiple places in town and they always cut me so I didn’t really have high expectations. Glad I went on a whim when other places were busy. Will be back in 2 weeks!
