I'm typing this review as our Oak Harbor Freight Lines driver unloads a couple thousand pounds worth of carpet cushion we ordered. As a 135 lb. woman I couldn't be more thankful to have Oak Harbor Freight delivering to us. Last time we had a truck delivering pad my boss was out of town and the driver made me unload all 50 rolls of cushion at 20 yds. a piece. Needless to say it was exhausting and I was sore for days. Today I planned on unloading the pad (25 rolls at 30 yds. a piece this time) myself but my driver, David, looked at me like I was a little crazy as I rolled my sleeves up. He offered to unload all of them as if it were nothing! I am so grateful! I am thoroughly impressed and I highly recommend Oak Harbor Freight Lines!

Beware the claims process with Oak Harbor. It is an unfriendly one. If they don't like how much it cost to replace or repair in item, they will arbitrarily decrease the amount of the claim paid (if paid at all). We have found our custom cabinetry pieces shipped with pallets of tires, lawn & garden soil, and machine parts, so damage is likely to happen eventually. We will be using Peninsula or Yellow Freight in the future.
