My father and I received excellent service at Pak it Rite this past week. Ashley took extra care with our shipping needs. She treated us like family. The staff at PAK it RITE have always been customer friendly and very helpful in any of my shipping needs. I'm a regular customer as a result. It is now under new ownership as well.

I pay whatever shipping fee they charge, because the fruit is that good. I've ordered more than a few times and the fruit crates are beautifully packaged and delicious. The absolute best in customer service, especially when I am sending a crate of cherries to the hard to reach "agricultural product restricted" Hawaii. Overnight shipping of crisp, sweet cherries are appreciated during what has been a difficult year.

Apparently going here and asking your options on shipping something is just unheard of. If you do this, you will be talked to like you’re stupid. Customer service is not a thing at this establishment. I will not return after how rude and not helpful the woman working today was.

DO NOT GO HERE! This "business" charged our family $800 to ship a 20 lb item across the country, WITHOUT approval! When you drop off a vehicle at a mechanic they don't just charge your card without approval, and this is no different. Then when the charges were contested the SAME AFTERNOON the item was dropped off, we were told "nothing could be done" and that the item was shipped. This "company" is a real scam...buyer beware. If you feel like paying a TON of extra money for NO REASON then just give the guys at USPS, UPS or FEDEX an insane tip.

Took a Item to them for shipping to Texas. Shipping charges is not RITE. Understand boxes were fitted and bubble wrap was used but shipping is STUPID HIGH. Items were left for wrapping, shipping. Received Email receipt, Store should have called and asked or told us about the shipping cost. We will never use them again. Only 1 Star. They didn't even call to see if the charge was going to be ok first! Cost more to ship then Item was worth. :( BEWARE!!!
