Bought a nice bike here for a really good price. I was able to negotiate and the staff was easy to work with, and also very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Just be polite and people will reciprocate. Most, not all, but most, people who have bad experiences at pawnshops is because they are trying to hustle a business who is trying to STAY IN BUSINESS. It’s always easier to buy from a pawnshop than to sell to them… but the convenience of being able to liquidate your belongings for cash on the spot is a premium service… they buy the time it would take you to sell your belongings on your own. Support your local economy and build relationships with the employees and owners of these shops. I’ll probably buy a firearm and some accessories from here in the future.

We called them because one of their customers came in with a ticket from their shop wanting a loan on an item. The couple ended up stealing our diamond tester right off the counter. We called to tell them to let them know if they came in to be on the lookout for our stolen item, the gentleman on the phone said I'm not going to take your serial number, not my problem. This is what gives pawnshops a bad name, pretty sad.

My experience, they don't have time or patience to help anyone who's looking for a missing or stolen item. Could care less about human beings, or their weddings.

If you are trying to pawn you’re gun, any gun they lowball you so bad it’s ridiculous I wouldn’t recommend going here a 700 gun would get you 100-150 don’t go here to do that unless u have no use for the gun n just want to get rid of it.

If I could give a zero star review that’s what I would be giving them. I went in there and saw a bike that had been stolen from me last August let the gentleman at the front counter know and please not sell it while I go get the police report and the report took nine days to get it when I went back in with the report he the same gentleman said oh sorry my employee must’ve sold it Point here they are straight crooks do business elsewhere anywhere else.

Went in on a Wednesday and it was very busy but the staff seemed efficient and gave me a great deal on a sawzall!!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable about guns and tools would reccomend

Do not deal with this store!! Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Very uninformed about new products. They no longer choose to function as a pawn shop due to the belief that every customer will not retrieve their pawned items. The shop is now an overglorified and over priced beat up tool shop!

Had my car towed on a Monday after telling me it would be fine, not to worry when it broke down on Saturday. I pushed it out of the way so it wouldn't block parking when it happened and explained to the employee what was going on, he said no problem as long as its not in a parking space up front. I arrived Monday evening to move my car and it was gone. When asked why they did that, they denied it was them. Dispatch confirmed it was. They also violated RCW 46.55.070. I guess keeping your word means nothing here
