In the past 5 years I've purchased two new Norco carbon MTB (Optic and Revolver) bikes from Ridge Cycle: each time I've gotten exactly the bike I wanted, earlier than expected, and then customized to my liking. All with friendly service. And it helps that the shop dog Rusty is always there to greet me and accept my pets.
