Would be an awesome pharmacy if not for one worker named Kathy which is probably the lady everyone else is having issues with she's extremely rude and slow and extremely judgemental sad because I enjoy that Safeway but hate the pharmacy solely because of Kathy

Put on hold for less than two min. Answered my question if they had a medication that Walgreens said would take a month to get. They did and it was filled by next day. I have never had a problem in the past.

Don't ever have my script ready when it is suppose and they close earlier then 6 pm on Saturday they were closed at 5 57 pm that's not 6pm

It hurts when u call in your oder on a Monday what is needed talk to the pharmacist David and was going to Dr. To get it refilled and when I went down to pick it up on Thursday and found out nothing was filled or called in to Dr. The register person was very apoligetic and said she faxed it in right then. But sadly at about 1am my 90 yr old mother had a heart attack and sent to hospital. From a heart attack. But I didn't have the nitro to give her. So thanks David from Safeway pharmacy.

Pharmacy tech MARISSA is amazing. She explained things to me in a kind way,looked up my coupon for best price. Twice in a few days !!!The pharmacist was extremely patient and kind as well. I feel as though they really went above and beyond while doing their jobs.

Horrible customer service, long lines, bad attitude from employees, or just non existent communication skills. You have to go wait in line to get anything done, they don’t answer the phones, so if you’re really sick and need your meds, have fun with that. Gonna switch pharmacies, eat sh*t Safeway pharmacy
