If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst pharmacy to ever deal with. I could make such a long list of things they did wrong. The staff is also always rude & don’t ever know how to do their jobs. Go anywhere but here

Worst pharmacy ever! Had an urgent prescription called in and was there before closing. They said they didn’t have it. The doctor tried to call but no one would pick up (prior to closing). They just closed the gate and walked off.

THE SLOWEST LINE IN HISTORY.Be prepared to wait 30 min if there's 3 people in line. If the line is to the meat department easily 1+ hrs. Any suggestions of more efficient pharmcies?

I have rarely shopped in this store when the line at the pharmacy wasn't amazingly long!!! By the time I got to the front of the incredibly long line to pickup my daughter's order my ice cream had melted and the produce had spoiled!!!!The ONLY positive was the young lady that eventually handed me the prescription!!What an example of patience!!

I normally don't have problems with the safeway pharmacy until now. I had a prescription sent there and I tried calling to see if they had the medication in stock. No one answered the phones or called me back so I had my doctors office send it to Walgreens. Walgreens filled it and when I went to pick it up said they can't run my insurance because safeway already did. The next morning I got the prescription ready text from safeway. I tried calling multiple times again and no one answered. They billed my insurance the day before my prescription was even ready.

Horrible customer service, long lines, bad attitude from employees, or just non existent communication skills. You have to go wait in line to get anything done, they don’t answer the phones, so if you’re really sick and need your meds, have fun with that. Gonna switch pharmacies, eat sh*t Safeway pharmacy

Friendly staff, but the wait is ridiculous. I got a text that my prescription was ready two days ago, and after waiting in line for almost 20 minutes, it was in fact NOT ready. So frustrating.

I was told that my prescription would be ready on a Monday evening. I went in at lunch on Tuesday to make sure that they had plenty of time. I was told that it would be an hour before my prescription was filled. I told them I would be back after work. There were so many people in line when I did come back (over 15), that I decided to come back the following morning when they opened. I was told by a young, bored-looking, short-haired person with a flat, disinterested voice who wouldn't even look at me that my medication wasn't available and that they were having trouble getting it in. I said "So I suppose that means I'm just not getting it". They replied in the affirmative, not offering any options or apologies or anything. Flat out did NOTHING. I was never called or informed that the medication wasn't available, just told it would be filled later, TWICE. The staff is completely incompetent. I called my clinic and moved my prescription to another pharmacy, and didn't have any problems with communication or having the prescription filled. My advice to Safeway, maybe hiring someone just because you are trying to fill your woke hiring quota isn't the best way to go. I suggest hiring based on customer service skills instead. Stay AWAY from this pharmacy. I'd give 0 stars for the incompetence alone if it was a possibility.

Every time that I have had to pick up medication at this pharmacy the line was long and the wait time was even longer. Extremely slow cashiers that meander around looking through the disorganization.Most of us are picking up prescriptions because we have ailments or injuries. Waiting jn line for a minimum of 39 minutes in unacceptable. I will be transferring mine elsewhere starting today.

The people working at this pharmacy are extremely efficient and kind. After a Walgreens disaster, they put out a huge effort to fill my prescriptions to help me meet a transportation deadline. Thank you!

Went to the pharmacy went thru the line twice an hour each while waiting the second time someone desired to steal my phone
