There is a so-called person in charge named Abraham who hung up the phone saying that he would not speak to me or give me the name of the managers because it’s possible that my call was a scam call. So I call back then he insists on speaking to me. I asked to be transferred to somebody else and he claims it because he’s the manager only he should be the one to be spoken to. Note that he just hung up in the first call. Of course he was not at all interested in finding out the real reason for my requesting a manager in the first place. What a horrible experience, overpriced food, and a nasty customer service experience. He was consumed with one-upping me instead of providing actual customer service. he did not provide any information about the store or the other managers or transfer me to somebody else who could actually help you with the problem that I’ve called up to begin with. I absolutely do not recommend the store.

Good store. I like knowing where everything is in this store. Still not happy bagging my own groceries however.

That kid Aaron K. (Manager I think) Needs to be fired. Worst customer service I've ever seen. I'm never shopping here again. I'm going to do all my shopping at Walmart now. Hope your happy.

I am not sure How to spell her name But Celeste over in the deli was absolutely amazing. The kindest soul. I always have amazing experiences with the deli workers being so patient With how undecided I am. Amazing customer service:)

I tried to call Customer Service to find out how much it costs to send a Western Union and the lady whom answered the phone had an attitude and was rude. She told me I would have to come into the store to find out and then hung up. Great Customer Service!

With the free in-store Wifi, you get what you pay for. It's not very fast at all. Check-out staff are always friendly and helpful. Store is always clean. Parking lot is a little difficult to navigate. Aisles can be a little cramped at time with promo stands.

Just moved here in September and can we can never seem to get the signature select plain sparkling water 12 packs. These are NEVER stocked and it's very frustrating to say the least when trying everyday to get them. Quit advertising product you're obviously not going to stock, especially when it's YOUR own brand. And yes, I've tried daily, asked employee just to finally have them bring them out. Waste of my time for 5 months!!!
