Absolutely the WORST service I have ever received renting moving trucks! My husband is a long time Wenatchee resident- moved me here from Central Oregon over Labor Day. We were returning a one way Penske Truck and Car Tow Trailer. We were on time exactly- return due at 10am, and we were there at 10am. Hard to find the actual office- after being rudely told by a nail lady in the front of the building that she wasn’t the truck place and we better moved the truck from across the street because she owned the whole building and we couldn’t park across the street with the truck (both driveways around the entire building were completely blocked, and we were trying to find out where to go or what the truck rental place would like,) I found the office only to walk in on Sam, telling my husband we didn’t put enough gas in the truck, and where was our paper work, and what truck did we have- Sam hadn’t even looked at the truck or told him where to actually park it. I first said yep, the truck is full past the full mark, it’s more than when we got it- he tells me he’s had people drive off and then get pissed because he has to bill them for not enough gas upon return- ok dude, rightly so. But you haven’t looked at the truck yet. So how do you know we didn’t put gas in full enough? We weren’t given an inspection or rental packet from the place we picked up at, just the stack of the contract and a full tank, and we weren’t given told the damage on the truck (broken windshield and dents on the passenger side) and Sam was clearly frustrated with their lack of doing their job right, and took it out on us. He then proceeded to go out and move the truck from across the street, only to JACKKNIFE the trailer and the moving truck on the driver side of the back of the truck- right in front of my husband and I, two guys waiting to pick up a truck, and his co-workers. He returned to the office, where I for sure let him know, and not nicely, his customer service was unacceptable and I wasn’t leaving without knowing he wasn’t going to bill me for the damage to the trailer and truck he just caused. He told us to leave, go to UHaul next time! Oh and the gas was fine too- he e didn’t sign anything a check out paper work or nothing. It was literally so so bad! Sam- NEVER assume the worst with customers without doing your job!! I’ve rented trucks MANY times in my life- and you Sir, are the worst customer service I have ever seen. I’m not sure what your situation today was- we won’t take it personal- but I was angry at your blatant and severe disrespect! This is NOT how you do business. We will in fact, do our business elsewhere- as we will need a truck again soon and we needed storage. But we will also find that with someplace else too. I do hope you have a better day.

We came in during the weekend with great need to get the U-Haul unloaded into storage right away.....
Turns out that Penske trucks are more reliable so that's what I will rent next time from this gentleman...
We have an insulated storage container for $140 a month..
The owner even came down on his day off to let us in
I recommend this storage ?

I did not utilize this business for storage purposes, only truck rentals, but I cannot speak highly enough of the owner. He was so kind and helpful and took very good care of my needs, plus the shop was very neat and tidy (front and back of house, from my general observance). Figuring out where the main entrance was was a struggle though, as there are doors on the front and both sides and multiple gates. Small complaint compared to the great service. Thanks Sam!

Owners are SO nice.. Amazingly affordable ! Semi inconvenient though, as there is no automatic gate, so have to get out, struggle with the combo lock on the gate under a not-so-sensitive motion light, open the gate, drive thru, get back out to close & lock the gate. Also, no 24 hour access !! Winter hours are 8?am. to about 7pm. If I had to pick, I'd gladly struggle with the gate if I could get in whenever I happen to need to !!
