when I saw this place on the Internet, I assumed that it was too expensive for me, but wandered in with no expectations. I was going through a rough time and needed to move quickly and affordably in a fully staffed and supported unit
Within 10 minutes of walking in and talking to the kind hearted manager, Gavin, I walked out With a pristine high security, fully supervised and impressively large storage unit.
I had a triple check that the deal was as affordable and low as the staff was offering me, and it was!!
Life changes are hard, and I’m so glad that I did business with this location on vaugn st.the staff are very knowledgeable Professional, and super outgoing, and I had no issues whatsoever while using the facility in between my moves.
This is the kind of place where if I ever come back to Portland I’m gonna stop in and say hey to the staff – 1000% get your unit here in Portland.

Storage unit and price like this are hard to find. Mike is super helpful, flexible and always available. I definitely recommend this business.

The manager is friendly and courteous. He will also go out of his way to help you in a time of need. The storages are under 24 hour surveillance, which is monitored all the time.

MIKE THE MANAGER IS GOOD PEOPLE, HE WILL GO OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP YOU. I LOVE THAT THEY HAVE A CART THAT YOU CAN USE TO HAUL YOU THINGS DOWN THE HALLS SO MUCH EASIER THAN CARRING IT. PRICES ARE REASONABLE DOES NEED MORE LIGHTING THOUGH. FRIENDLY PLACE.

It's good if you like to be rushed on making payments! Can't even leave a voicemail. Hard to get a hold of. Only takes cash, should really think about making auto pay and accepting C.C. transactions. Also storage units could use some remodeling at least lighting.

Had thousands of dollars worth of personal property stored and lost it. Tried to put money on my unit they said I no longer had a storage. Had antiques, collectables, work tools, lost it all, because not having any money after losing my job to pay for unit. Got a side job but I was too late. Really hurts it's just ain't right.

The owners are awesome and friendly people. I have recommended Security Storage to my friends and they got the best price in Wenatchee and I know my stuff is safe and being looked out of with renting form them
