My girl friend has spectrum. Most horrible experience I’ve ever had with an internet provider. We have security cameras around our house. They don’t work without internet. I lived 6 miles up the Entiat Valley. We had fiber optic. Never had any problems. We’re going to switch to something that works

My phone wasn't working so brought it to there store , I guy that helped me said I need a new phone , he couldn't transfer my data told me to go to a shop in East Wenatchee so I went he had no trouble transferring my data to new phone , I told him what Spectrum told me about my phone he told me there was nothing wrong with it. So went back to Spectrum told them what he said and I didn't want the new phone , they told me it would cost me $50.00 to return it so I got alittle upset and they told me they would refund to my credit card . They refunded part of cost but not the $50.00 like they told me ! What a bunch of liers

Broke my phone. Had a bad day. Went in to the store, waited in line. Aimee Meuret helped me get a new phone and had the info to contact Apple to restore my pictures and stuff. Helped me say the right things to the Apple lady, probably would have taken me all night. Super helpful, thanks Aimee I hope your bosses see this and know they have someone good.

This is the absolute worst Internet service that I have ever had since moving to Washington state about eight years ago.
It is not worth the hassle or the trouble if you live in the city it’s the absolute worst connection you could ever possibly imagine they tell you you get gigabyte service but you’ll probably roughly get about 450 mb per second which is far from a gig.
Also have constant disconnects, huge latency issues not to mention occasionally you’ll have a lot of packet loss
Lately I’ve been experiencing tons of drops and service constant disconnects disconnects. Tell me can’t find a server and then on top of that I have a loss of about 90 to 100%. And what makes it even worse as we just had a technician come out and tell us because we had our router plugged into a search protector that’s the reason our service were doing that
So it’s been a week since we removed it from the protector unplugged directly into the wall only to still be experiencing the exact same issues.
If you’re a competitive gamer and you like to play Apex for those chances to win $100,000-$2 million with your team, I would not choose spectrum measure go to in order for you to win those competitions as you will experience a major drop in services when you’re in the middle of a game, especially when you’re in the middle of a fight only to look after you’ve killed three people to realize that you teleported back to where you were and are already dead
Do not get this service, go with any other Internet company, Besides spectrum As they don’t even know what’s wrong or what is going on with their services

Spectrum sucks overall. Atleast once a week outages. Switched because getting connected again was an obstacle course

I have been with Spectrum for along time now. I hate that Channel 2 and Channel 22 is always having technical difficulties. I'm really sick of it. I watch alot of shows on that Channel. We pay alot of money to not be able to watch our programs

I went to the spectrum store in Wenatchee to update my nephew's phone and had an unpleasant experience with one of the associates, her name is Heidi, she was not friendly at all, a little sarcastic and not informative.seemed like she was bothered by our presence and that we were asking for a free phone , bad service. I returned at night to pick up the new phone after having downloaded all the information on the new phone but there was still a lot left to do, but a kind person I believed was the manager m immediately found a solution , since I had to go to work and I couldn't wait any longer for the phone.

Being irritated is an understatement when it comes to this company. The WiFi is HORRIBLE. When times are hard during the holidays and you aren’t ableTo pay your bill they send it to a debt collector… for 100$??? Really??? They have no leniency when it comes to their LOYAL customers who have been with them for years. It’s all about them getting every last penny they possibly could. Once I pay the outstanding amount I am officially NEVER ever gonna do business with spectrum again. They should be ashamed of themselves and I hope they lose more customers. Not to mention they spam call my phone every single day. I already talked to an agent and let them know I wasn’t going to be able to pay right away. They have no empathy or sympathy whatsoever. It’s Christmas for Christ’s sake ;(
