Really disappointed. Been a customer for a number of years. Went in to upgrade my phone. Store wouldn’t even let me purchase the phone outright. Apparently I had to lease it. Then when I went to trade in my old phone apparently I couldn’t trade it in because of a small unnoticeable line. What a joke. It’s time for my family to switch phone companies anyway. We will take our business elsewhere. I do not recommend you take your business here.

We were assured when joining T-Mobile that there was great coverage in Wenatchee and in Entiat where we live, double checked by the employee showing us a coverage map and told us it will get even better when they joined Sprint for more coverage. I get terrible service EVERYWHERE except in the Seattle area where we don’t go. They sent us a booster for our house but it’s hit and miss and most the time no one can hear us when we call it’s always cutting out. They tried telling me maybe it was my new phone when I purchased it through them, tried a new SIM card etc etc. My husband has the same issue and so does everyone I know with T-Mobile. You spend the money for their service but you never have coverage any where. I urge everyone to avoid T-Mobile for phone service.

My cell phone which is still under warranty has been malfunctioning. Man behind the counter looked at my account and said we have 5 months left to go on a contract and that I could either buy a new phone or file a warranty claim and pay the $100 deductible."Okay no problem I'll pay the deductible, let's do this" was my response.. to which the man behind the counter then told me to go home and process the warranty on my home computer. ?.I own a smartphone but I do not own a personal home computer ? But the guy behind the counter would still not help me again telling me to go home and process my own warranty ?

I would like to give T-Mobile a zero star rating. I've been a faithful customer for over two years with T-Mobile, I never missed a bill always paid on time, and I was lied to by customer care. Here's my story. I called customer care to see if I was eligible for an upgrade on any of my phones that are on my account. I was told by customer service representative that all I had to do was pay $125 which is for payments on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and I can walk into any store and upgrade to the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I asked the customer service representative if that's the only thing I had to pay the $125 several times and the customer service representative told me that's all you have to pay is $125 and you can walk into any T-Mobile store and trade your phone in. I did not need to pay anything else I did pay the $125 and when I went to the store to upgrade the work at the T-Mobile store told me I had to pay $450 down payment on the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I told him that the customer service representative that I just spoke to said all I had to pay was $125 that is it that I did not need a down payment. so I called customer service again and spoke to a representative and told him everything that was going on and what the sales person at the T-Mobile store told me I asked for a refund they told me that they will process a refund because I was misled by the representative I spoke to, about a week and a half and I still do not have the refund every day. I call and speak to a customer service representative at T-Mobile and every day I'm told that the refund was submitted I was getting it back and I have it in 24 hours. I even spoke to a supervisor at T-Mobile several times that told me that my refund was processed and it should be in my bank and every day I keep being told that I should have the money within 24 hours. I even had a customer service representative. Call me to make sure that the money was deposited back into my account. I told her it wasn't. She told me that she would call me back later that she was going to expedite it and find out why it's not in my account because it was approved and she never called me back, so I called them again. They told me that the payment was approved and that it should be in my account then I was put on hold and was told that the representative was contacting my bank to try and find out why that money is not back in my account, which everybody knows that a bank is not going to talk to anybody else about someone else's bank account without your permission so I was on hold for about 40 minutes and then the representative hung up on me. every time I call and speak to a different representative. Every representative has a different story to tell me none of their stories match up so now I'm gonna cancel my account with T-Mobile. I am a Marine Corps combat veteran and every time I talk to them, they lie to me and have different stories. I would not recommend T-Mobile to anybody so now I have to call the corporate office and try to get to the bottom of my refund and the corporate office will see every representative that took my phone call and they will be able to hear all the different lies that I've been told to, it's just disgusting that when they want their money they take it in a heartbeat and then they jerk you around as a loyal, faithful customer for over two years and lie to cover their own ass thank you so much

Do yourself a favor stay as far away as possible. Worst experience I've ever had with a cell phone company. Haven't found one t mobile employee that doesn't lie. Manager especially. T mobile owes me several hundred dollars. Have done everything that they told me to several weeks ago. Still haven't received 1 dollar. If you like being ripped off and lied to them t mobile is for you

Coming to the USA from Canada, we needed to have a SIM card activated for our phone accessed to a USA network. Luis, with the help of Jonathan, made this process pleasant and seamless. These two fellows provided cheerful, friendly, and superior service. They were great guys. Our thanks to them and this T-Mobile location.

My wife and I recently visited this store to inquire about senior plans. Verizon customers for over 20 years, we were looking to save money. Emilio helped us and explained our options. He easily moved us over to Magenta 55 plan.$70 a month. We brought our own phones and things went very smoothly. Our service is fabulous and we pleased. Thank Emilio and T-Mobile!!

I Went to this store to upgrade my 3rd broken Zflip 3 phone. they looked up my account and said i need to pay down one more month to get the jump upgrade, so i paid for the next month and then told i need to call back in two hours to see if the payment went through. After three hours i called back to see if it the payment went through, they told me no it hasn't and i needed to come in Monday because they are closed on Sundays as soon as i got off the phone i called the T-mobile in east Wenatchee and was told it did go through and i was ready for the upgrade so I went there for my up grade they were very helpful. They stayed after closing to finish my wife's and I upgraded phones. The Wenatchee store is very unprofessional. Another issue i have is that i am paying for a phone that was loan to me and returned to the store six months ago. the phone was setup by Branden when i had to send my z-flip 3 phone to Samsung for repairs. I run a business and could not be with out a phone so Branden helped me with a loaner phone. Now Branden has left the Wenatchee store and now works at East Wenatchee store. The phone was returned to Wenatchee store but was never processed and I'm still paying for a phone I don't have. I was told by the Wenatchee store that i need to deal with Branden and that they can't help me. I spoke to the East Wenatchee store they told me that the Wenatchee store manager needs to file a lost claim since the phone was purchased with them. In the meantime, I'm still paying for a phone I don't have. So unprofessional. As soon as my issues are cleared up i will be doing my business with the East Wenatchee T-Mobile store.

The manager messed up my account. I had too go too the East Wenatchee T-Mobile and see Efrain and Dakota to get my issues resolved. Don’t go to Wenatchee location they don’t know their stuff. Go to East Wenatchee location.
