Troy and Mary run an excellent shop. Troy repaired both my breaks and CV Axel. They were prompt, courteous, and true to their estimate. When Troy couldn’t fix the breaks in time, due to unforeseen rust around my calipers, he called.
I could hear the real regret in his voice that intimated I needed to wait for the following day for him to finish, but he said this, confidently and with integrity, because quote: “I need the extra time in exchange to do the job right... because …I always do the job right.”
Later, he came into the shop on a Saturday so I could conveniently pick up the truck the next morning. So no trouble at all. My vehicle drives smooth and safely down the road.
His price is reasonable, below an estimate I received elsewhere, and Mary, the clerk, a delight. So, these are the reasons I endorse this shop’s good name and my 5 Star rating. Thanks guys!

Troy and Mary are amazing! They work so hard to make sure your in and out fast! Troy is probably one of the best alignment specialists in central Washington and also takes the time to check out all your suspension components when your vehicle is on the rack! There honest about what needs to be done and that’s amazing! Highly recommend

I come here because of how good they are. This is the first place I've ever been to that actually takes your vehicle for a test drive before and after alignment. I've brought in a 4x4 SUV to a lowered import that hit a curb really hard, and it feels like they perform miracles and I love that it's a husband and wife small local business. They will always be the place I recommend and use for alignments and suspension work. Truly a gem in the valley.Services: Steering & suspension repair

My car has aftermarket coilovers, I brought it in to get the alignment done, and most of the numbers were out of spec on the sheet after the alignment. I was told that I wouldn't be able to get it back in spec due to the coilover suspension. When I started asking questions to the tech, it seemed to irritate him like I was questioning his ability, when I was really just asking questions to further my knowledge on the subject.A few weeks later I ended up taking it to Wenatchee Alignment and Brake, just around the corner, and got great customer service, and he got all of the numbers into factory spec. I would recommend going here personally.Service: Wheel alignment

Troy and his family for the last few years have worked on numerous vehicles of mine. They have always gone above and beyond no matter what the condition of the truck.
