“Great first experience in what will joyfully be a great, longterm relationship!
I drive a lot, and these folks were great to work with. The app that let's you see your vehicle report is super cool!
Thank you so much! I look forward to being a frequent, repeat customer!”
“I had a slow leak in my drivers side front. Discount wouldn't touch my snow tires due to the age. I came down to Used tire & wheel and in the span of maybe 10 minutes the gentleman had removed the rim from the truck, submerged it and found the leak (around the bead), removed the tire from the rim, used a grinder to smooth out the rust on my rim and had it back together balance and on the truck. This service only cost me like $35. I was very impressed by the gentlemans skill, clearly someone who knows what they are doing and takes pride in their work.”
“We must've driven through rough construction because each of our rear tires were slowly losing pressure from screws that had punched through. Wenatchee Les Schwab took care of both, and then didn't charge us for anything for it.
Make an appointment and you'll be in and out in less than an hour. If you walk in, expect 1-2 hours of waiting. Amazing and friendly.”
“Pomps- new owners of GCR - these guys are great!Came in with a noise coming from my rear wheel.Brought it in, and they began to work on my rig, 2011 Duramax 3500hd.There were 3 broken studs with the lug nuts and broken ends of the studs rolling around inside the wheel cap.Upon further inspection, they found that the previous shop used a ton of locktite on each stud and most likely airguned the mess out of each lug, not creating a host of issues. The guys here know what they are doing and even though I am on the other side of the mountains from my home, I will bring my rigs to them when I need work done regarding tires. Thanks a bunch, fellas!Mark P.”
“James and the team here are great. Super busy but provided top notch service at an amazing price! I was having a bad day, metal in the roadway flattened my tire with no spare, but they really made it so much better. They honored a warranty I didn’t know I had. Excellent place to get all your tires. They were even nice about my beater.”
“Highly recommend! Great service, fair and competitive pricing and willing to go above and beyond.
They got me in last minute to install new tires that I didn't even purchase through them. All said and done they stayed a half hour after closing, offered quality service and still came in cheaper than Discount Tire or Les Schwab. We need more businesses like these guys! Great job, keep doing what you do!”

“We had an awesome experience. We drove the car then shopped around and couldn't find a better deal so we came back. Brock was our salesman and he was very low pressure and to the point! Tony helped us with all the financial stuff and was very helpful and friendly also. I would definitely recommend checking it out.”
