This store always has long waits, the staff does not know what they are doing. The clerk, when told that something needed to go overnight and get to its destination ASAP, decided to ship via USPS Priority Mail without saying a word that she was using something other than UPS Rush or Overnight. The problem was discovered too late to fix it and has caused irreprable problems.

The employees are always pleasant even when they are super busy. They take the time with each customer that is needed. Also it is super convenient for Amazon returns.

The Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They patiently assisted me when I was trying to return a product to Amazon, Who made my return null and void. Thx Amazon for being helpful; (NOT 😡😤)!

Delivery failed twice. After calling we were told we could pick up the package from the station, we drove 1.5 hours and they told us the package wasn't there even though we arrived at the arranged time. Staff did nothing to help.

Lilac at this location was very helpful and delivered outstanding customer service during my visit. I had called hours before arriving there but when I finally did get there, I asked to speak with her and she remembered exactly what my inquiry was and solved my predicament at hand swiftly. A real life saver!!

The employees are awesome, but the owner is, well I can’t use those words. I’m actually surprised the employee turn over has slowed and some of these awesome workers put up with her, the owner. Both Wenatchee and East Wenatchee locations.

Lines can get backed up when limited staff but they are very helpful and accommodating and help each person to the max regardless of how long the line is. Never short change you on customer service!
