Horrible customer service, the pharmacy and the other staff there. Seems like they hate their job. no one has a sense of urgency, was on hold for 15 minutes and then they transferred me without letting me know and was on hold for another 10 minutes so I hung up. Dont recommend.

Terrible customer service . Ordered photos online I get there on my scheduled time to pick up and told three day delay . I get it being busy but when I told the extremely rude blonde they need update there app and her comment was I don’t know what to tell you I’m not in charge of that . How about I’m sorry and I’ll give management your feedback .

Today was super stressful but Katie in the pharmacy is the absolute best. I get personal care and excellent customer service with an amazing smile.

Not safe, no pharmacists on duty. So close to illegal it is ridiculous. Do not let anyone you care for fill here, you are putting your cared ones life in jeopardy if you fill right now.

Every time we go to pick up prescriptions it is either incomplete or it is not ready. They seem to be unsure of what is prescribed and have tendency to ask us what meds we are taking because they may two of the same yet different mg. We have called and used their phone system which is archaic and hangs up on us. Just half hour went to drive through and the lady rather stoically said not ready and won’t be ready until tomorrow. Then went home and soon after a message comes through saying meds are

This is my local Walgreens and normally it’s nothing special but the person that checked me out today was incredibly kind with great customer service. It’s so nice to see and talk to kind people.:)

Filthy. Garbage and goo spilling out of can and on sidewalk at entrance. The entry carpet had debris all over it and it was shortly after the store opened. Dirty floors, blackened walls near bathroom, and scummy drinking fountain. . For a health-related store, it was a disaster. I spoke to the young manager, who seemed sad about the criticism but didn't assure me anything would be done to ammend the situation.

Photos take forever, prescriptions are delayed by days and sometimes weeks, and the last time I was in here I swear I could have robbed the place and no employee would have even noticed.Prescription info isn't updated to you, and if delayed they will not tell you. The only benefit is their drive through, and when it's a half hour long line it's not really much of a benefit.

Yet another horrible pharmacy experience. Their location is nice, their store is nice, the pharmacy is still horrible, no change over the many years. Be good or be gone, stop wasting our time.

One of the ladies who works in pharmacy acts like you are nothing more than the plague if you are receiving a Covid test. Hello lady! We are people just like you!I accidentally went into the store because while filling out the Covid test form I don’t recall seeing anything about going through the drive through. When she corrected my actions she did so in a rude way, not one time did she say please or use a polite gestures. You know lady, I get you work with all types of people, sick or well. Maybe this pharmacist lady was having a bad day because I overheard one of the other pharmacist ladies say they were behind…When I made it around to the drive through the lady continued to be a little on the rude side. She asked me for my name. I said Zach. She was quiet, obviously something was wrong, but I couldn’t see the expression on her face because of the window glare. I then repeated myself using last name at the end. Next time lady ask for our first and last name, don’t expect us to give our full name when you ask for our name.

I have several complaints. The wait time is extremely long in the drive-through line. We have waited 45 minutes on several occasions. I suggest they open a second window or ask customers with a long delay to go around back in line.

I had to ring the bell 3 different times before they even acknowledged me in the first place. When I could see that they were just standing around in side. And after waiting for 15mins they finally where nice enough to help. Worse service ecer

I don’t know what has happened to the pharmacy in specific at this location, but the service has become horrid. Important medication is never ready on time, and they’ll place the blame of us. The line goes around the store yet the people giving the meds take their time with everything. The rest of the store is fine minus the gross bathrooms.
