This is my go to car wash in town. I always use the self wash so cant speak on the automatic option but I am always happy with the self wash. Never had any issues and I feel the price is reasonable. The vacuums are also nice.

A shout out to Salvador at Auto Spa. I am an unlimited wash club member and went through the wash late at night. The machine had a fault and shut down. I’d wash. I was covered in suds and went to a bay and paid to rinse my car off. The for,owing morning I received a message from Salvador that they saw that there was a fault and that I paid to rinse my vehicle off in a bay shortly after. They credited my account and apologized for the inconvenience without me even needing to call. Outstanding customer service!

I'm giving them a 4 bc most of my car got clean. This is now the 2nd time my back window barely gets touched. It's filled with ash from the fires. The rest of my car is great. The kid who works there used his brush and did the front of my car only, after I gave him his tip! 🤷♀️ I think I'll stick to Jet Pro.

Took my new car through the wash last week. I now have 6 new scratches and a giant chip in my paint. Avoid the auto wash on the left side.

Poor customer service. I asked the attendant for help to use my card or cash for self service. He advised the machine was fine and walked away.

Usually, the automatic machine works, but today, it basically swallowed my mom's money, she is really upset because we really don't have money right now, maybe the machine is broken? Please do something because she is REALLY sad. May God bless you all ??.
