Today I did not have a good experience at this bank, I don’t want to go into detail because it’s obviously have to do with money. I went In and a young lady named “nicki” helped me and could not satisfy me with what I wanted done. She was very quiet and I did not feel understood and all I got was a nod as I tried explaining to her. She was typing on her computer for 10 minutes , I believe to her manager ( I never got her name ) . Her manager came out and basically told me I could not get done what I wanted and had a condescending tone of voice towards me . I’m just mostly disappointed on how they handled the situation not sure if the manager had a bad day. But yeah normally I always have a good experience which is why I’m shocked. Maybe they have new workers I don’t know. Well that’s all

I am very pleased with this bank. I had fraudulent activity on my account and had very little knowledge on how to go about this. I left the bank completely stress free after the teller filed a dispute. I unfortunately didn’t get her name. 100% recommend!!

My family and I have had great experiences at this bank and with the employees! Stasha Reed was amazing helping with insurance and was beyond kind to my mother (who had dementia) when she was with me. Before my mother passed, Stasha would always take the time when she saw us in the bank to come over and say hello to my parents and let my mother tell her a joke. I appreciated her kindness towards my mother more than I could ever put into words. I highly recommend this branch, especially Stasha Reed!

Stasha Reed is an incredible insurance agent. She goes above and beyond for her clients and has alway answered all my questions quickly and effectively. Although Wa. Fed Bank is not our bank, after the fantastic experiences we had at Wa. Fed. Bank on Wenatchee Ave.In Wenatchee Wa. today, after trying to transfer funds to our son's bank in Spokane Wa. and being frustrated with our own banks, we are seriously thinking about moving our business there. What a great proffessional group of employees this bank is lucky to have!!

I would like to put in a formal complaint about one of the insurance agents, Stasha Reed. Reed has given me the upmost disrespect and displeasure to work with. I was recommended to her by one of my auto insurance agents when I was looking into getting an insurance policy for my business. When I had a chance to conversate with her, she would take such a long time to get back to me when answering the few questions I had. Eventually it was so back-and-forth, she proceeded me to prompt me to fill out an application. I needed her help with some of the questions as a new business owner. When I asked for help, she said she would get back to me and call me, but did she? Absolutely not. This was back in May! I still have not gotten any word from her. I feel as though she does not care for my business as a client and she was not helpful. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever gotten and she was recommended! Because of this, I have avoided this company at all cost. I now recommend other business owners to my current insurance agent since they are so responsive and helpful! If I have had the most dissatisfaction working with her, then I am sure their are other clients that feel the same way.

Overall, the customer service here is not what I'd call above & beyond when it comes to being friendly (tellers will greet you but otherwise might as well be robots) or helpful (a month later I still have an outstanding issue I have not heard back about), but they are efficient in person. What I find incredibly frustrating is that WaFd, as an entire organization, does not allow its customer to connect external financial apps like Mint (one of the most popular!) and instead forces you to use their management tools built into the online banking site & app. For me, this meant when I changed banks I had to spend at least 8 hours moving information, adding external accounts, recategorizing transactions, and trying to set up new budgets and monthly expense tracking. Not only that, but their tool sucks! You cannot personalize categories OR budgets, you have to use the built-in ones. It's more difficult to visualize patterns over time and there are only a few analyses available. It also does not provide a free credit score. If you are going to force people to use your software, make sure it's comparable to what you are forcing them to switch from!

Doing a POA re my mom. They are the only bank requesting extra paperwork. They scanned it in but only every other page. THEN they scanned it in wrong AGAIN! Had to bring the POA back

The entire team at WaFd in Wenatchee deserve 5 stars! Always friendly and welcoming. They even say "Hi Scott" when I come in. The tellers are helpful and knowledgeable.I actually look forward to going to the bank. I strongly encourage you to open an account with WaFd Bank, especially the Wenatchee location.

I friend of mine recommended Amanda for a refinancing of a property. She was absolutely wonderful. Easy as it could get. Amanda walked me through it all. Highly recommended.
