Overdraft fees are insane and you can't talk to a branch manager without an appointment. Also they removed the branch and then the cash machine from Leavenworth!

I do not recommend this bank. They don't even answer their local phone. Unfortunately, I had to open a business account with them instead of using my local bank. I made it explicitly clear our business checks absolutely could NOT be sent to the property!!! I'm pretty sure I emphasized it at least 3 times to the person setting up the account and guess what, they were sent to the property. I have made several calls and they went to customer service in Texas. There has been no follow up. If you can avoid using Wells Fargo please do so. Wenatchee has several local banks that give excellent customer service. The only reason I got stuck using this inept institution was our business is located in another state and I was left with this option.

This branch does not answer phones. You call the local number and get routed to a call center who routes you back to the local number and so on. Had to take my lunch break to wait in teller line for 30 minutes. I just needed to get communication through to a banker or manager regarding an account. They would not let me leave a copy of a document at the teller line with a note for the manager to call me.The only option is to go on line and schedule an appointment, a week out, and take off work again. The issue could have been handled in a 30 second conversation.

I walked into this bank with a black eye. I am female, the teller made small talk and then looked me in the eye and asked me if i was safe. I wish I got her name! Such a great person to actually care! My black eye was caused by a dancing injury lol but it was nice to know that there are people out there doing the right thing rather than just staring and asuming that i am a beaten woman. I might bring her flowers tomorrow to reward her behavior. THANK YOU!!

The only reason I came into Wells Fargo Bank was because I had a check written to me through Wells Fargo. I also had a lot of small bills that I wanted to exchange for bigger bills. She cashed the check with no problem but denied any other exchanges because I was not a member. She then tried to convince me to become a member. I was really surprised to get turned down at a bank on exchanging bills especially after she cashed my check for me. I always had thought that was part of a public service banks did. So afterwards, I went to a nearby bank who did the exchanged without even asking if I was a member.
