This place is always disorganized. Also, prices lately have been ridiculously high. I went sweater shopping here last night and a plain sweater cost me $9.99. I prefer the East Wenatchee Goodwill anyway, it is cleaner, cheaper, and very well organized. Don’t think I’ll shop at this Wenatchee location or give my donations to them anymore.

Good variety of products at fair prices. Helpful staff and ample selection. Parking lot is awkward and hard to get into and out of.

First they took away the dressing rooms, now the restrooms?! they clearly don’t care about the customer anymore. Luckily, the east Wenatchee location hasn’t denied people access when nature calls.

I very rarely give one star reviews- as a business owner, I love giving kudos to places doing a great job! However, this place really earns this rating. The prices at this particular (dirty and unorganized) Goodwill are outrageous! They sell many items at or ABOVE retail, which seems in poor taste, considering everything is donated. My son found a coat he liked for 25.99, but when we got to the counter, noticed a big paint splotch on the outer sleeve, and the Velcro on the wrists was so worn it wouldn't close. When we pointed it out, the clerk just shrugged. Other thrift stores (including other Goodwills) typically discount items with stains or holes, but not this one! Some staff there are really nice, but yesterday's clerk was incredibly rude- my 20 had a tiny corner torn off and she wouldn't accept it saying the bank wouldn't take it. When I assured her they would accept bills as long as more than half if it was there, she snapped, "Do YOU work at a bank??As other reviews mention, the lack of dressing rooms is really unfortunate, especially considering their prices on clothes and only giving store credit for returns. My recommendation would be to skip this Goodwill and head over the bridge just a few minutes to the East Wenatchee Goodwill, which is clean with a friendly staff, well-organized, and their prices are far more reasonable for used, donated items.

How come they don’t let the costumers to use the bathroom? I hope they will open the bathroom for the shoppers

Good donations, bad employees. Couldn’t give less stars or I would

This is the only Goodwill I've been to without a fitting room. It's really difficult to shop without a fitting room - I would purchase a lot more items if I could try them on first. Not worth the risk of purchasing clothes only to realize they don't fit, especially at a store that only accepts returns for store credit.

honestly not great. it used to be better but the prices got really high all of a sudden and now it’s ridiculous. they don’t have fitting rooms and you can’t try things on at all- so you have to just guess, which is annoying because you can only return things for store credit. the whole store feels kind of disorganized and messy and the remodel made it look very uninviting and gross. it does have good stuff sometimes, but the prices and general experience are not worth it. the employees are nice though.

They tried remodeling like the east Wenatchee Goodwill but instead made it look so empty and ugly. Prices aren't like before which is upsetting. But at least most of the employees are nice. And others always have an attitude.

Fun thrift finds. Though, their prices have gone quite higher than I remember when I worked there.
