Suzie was wonderful and although I was really nervous taking care of my mother’s insurance she made it easy. I needed help with my own insurance this year because I had done something wrong and it was messed up. I don’t find Washington Health plan easy to navigate to correct information so I made another appointment with Suzie. She helped me and got the mistake corrected within minutes. Thank goodness for her help.

The infirmary was very detailed, and there was a screen for us to see all the info as she was explaining. It showed us that there was substantial savings switching from my wife's insurance to a part D. This was our 3rd meeting with her, and we have another appointment in a year to review and see if this is the best option for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I was overwhelmed and confused in the whole process of signing up for Medicare. I first went elsewhere before going to Suzie. Wish I would have known from the beginning. Suzie was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge on which way I should go and explained everything to me. I'm not saying I know everything that is going on with my Medicare, but I am sure as time progresses on, I will have more insight on my situation.
