I recently bought my new truck.
I found the vehicle online, called the dealership, and was assisted by Marvin, who put me in touch with Pancho.
I made an offer, we talked for a while, and once I test drove the truck, we made a reasonable deal, and they delivered it right to my door in Yakima.
They also offered to let me pay part of the money in a couple of months without interest.
In short, Pancho was very friendly and did a great job helping me get a good deal.

I needed to purchase a vehicle my dealership I have used for several years didn't have anything that suited my needs or budget. A couple of family members had purchased from Autoplex and suggested I check them out .I reluctantly dragged myself down only to be met by Pancho great guy. I told him what I was looking for he showed me a couple and next day I am the happy owner of a very nice car. The trade was not a battle the paper work didn't take hours. I was very impressed. Cory sold me an awesome, low mileage, family standby car. Drove from Seattle area to pick it up and it was much better than expected. Serviced, clean, carfax history, inspection report, perfect condition and priced well. Great place to start online shopping; good cars, honest people, and well under Seattle area prices. The scenery alone is worth the drive.

Update on September 10th 2025.
A huge shout out to ✨️Shaun✨️in the parts department. He in outstanding, hard worker, we always like his awesome customer service. He is the only one we like to talk to because he goes above and beyond to make sure each customer is taken care of and goes through the list of what needs to be done next. He makes sure that we even know the price a head of time so it's not a shock when getting the work done on our vehicles. He is a huge asset to the company and needs to be acknowledged for his hard work that he does.

We went in to have our KIA's tires swapped and oil change at the service department and ended up with a second Kia Suv 4wd.

Plus, we needed a larger vehicle for fewer trips with our smaller car. Took over 10 years, but we finally did it.. 😆
We did not want just a vehicle that breaks down all the time, or astronomically large payments, etc.
We are very pleased with our choice

The car is great, and the service is just as good! First, Pancho picked me up from the bus stop. Next, Marvin made buying the car painless - he didn't try to upsell me on useless fees or warranties; he just sold me a great car at a great rate. He said the car is in great condition, and my mechanic agrees. Overall, these are good and honest people, and I would buy from them again.

I had an awesome experience here. I came from out of town and the communication was fast and easy. I got a great deal on my trade in and left with a great car. If you want an easy car buying experience where you’re taken care of, this is definitely the place to go. Dave was who I worked with and I appreciate everything he and his team did, he even recommended a good place to eat on the way out of town!
