Came here to only browse didn’t think I’d be leaving same day with a vehicle. Pancho was an amazing help, he made sure to find exactly what I was looking for. This is the 3rd vehicle my family has bought from this car dealership & we will continue to do so. Marvin was also very helpful & honest, he helped me out step by step and made sure to explain things thoroughly for me. Both these guys did an excellent job making this experience smooth & comfortable. Incredibly happy with my experience!

Marvin and Cory were great! Helpful and honest. Came in to test drive a reasonably priced Outback and drove it home 3 hours later! They even gave me more than I expected for my old 4Runner lol. My only qualm is the gas tank was near empty when I got home, but that’s no biggie. Financing was quick and easy and these guys got me into the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Thanks again!

The engine warning light came on in my 2005 Toyota Avalon; The Auto Zone store in E Wenatchee read the codes for me and I took the print out to this place I've been driving past for years and decided to have them check it out. The boss asked me if I just wanted to throw a part at it, or check it out? The Avalon has been so reliable I thought having him check it out was a good idea. I believe in maintenance, and checking things out. I was happy with the service.

Right before Christmas my car broke down and have no family in the area. Not only did Marvin get me in an amazing car at a great deal but one of the Employees delivered it to me in Ephrata. I will definitely be using these guys again in the future and highly recommend..

Wenatchee Autoplex earns a 5-Star review. Customer service was outstanding and I was amazed at their willingness to go out of their way to help a customer. I live in upper Kittitas Co and good folks at Wenatchee Autoplex drove the vehicle I was interested in multiple times over to my side just so I could test drive it, which ultimately led to me buying a vehicle that I just LOVE. Also, they were VERY fairly priced compared to other dealers in, well. Pretty much all of eastern cascades. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I know where my next vehicle purchase will come from!

Truly an amazing car buying experience! This dealership went out of its way for me. I live a little over an hour away and was having difficulty finding time to come and see the vehicle. I had a great conversation with Marvin Devers, not just about the car, but on other connections we had in common. It was like talking with a friend. They drove the vehicle to my house and I simply fell in love with it. There were some paint scratches, but the dealer was very accommodating on the repair. A few days later, the car was delivered, again, to my house. These are people I will definitely do business with again! Funny thing, the gentleman that delivered the car, sold me a car that I still have back from 2010, which he remembered! This is how car buying should be......AND WAS!
