Friendly staff that takes the time to learn your name. Weights up to 100lbs, free bench press unlike that purple planet place plus an incredible steam room.

Welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff. Great equipment to chose from. Always clean and tidy. I particularly like the variety of fitness classes available.
