Older laundromat but clean and staff on duty if you have problems. They had several machines were out of service.

Iām really sad to be writing this review because this place used to be good. I live up in the mountains and I come to Wenatchee once every couple of weeks to run errands. I have been bringing my clothes here for months for drop off and launder service while I run my errands in town. The last 4-5 times I have come here, my clothes have been coming home with massive holes in them. The first couple of times I text the owner to let him know he may want to check his dryers for something snagging my clothes. He said he would look into it but it kept happening. This last time, I told him I couldnāt bring my clothes back in there and he basically said that it was my fault! I would avoid this place at all costs!

Iām really struggling to give this place a 3 star rating. They have 2 banks of new washers and the rest, for the most part, are broken. One had a date of February 2025 and others undated. The working washer cost $6/load. Iāve never paid that high of price anywhere in the US. I travel extensively in my RV and have used many laundromats. The other thing that bothers me is this place is filthy. I would not want to accidentally drop my clothes on the floor. About the only thing this place has going for it is that you can use your credit card to pay your fees instead of carrying around a bunch of quarter. However, I worry about skimmers getting installed on these units. I would not call this place āBest Laundryā. The laundry attendant said this place is 28 years old. It looks like it. When I pass through this way again I will not be coming to this laundromat.

Not a bad place to do laundry but more than half the washers are broken. If I'd had more than 2 loads I would have needed to go somewhere else

I came to Wenatchee's Best Laundromat to wash my dogs bedding. Apon arrival the lady that works here, greeted me and was super nice to me. I told her I had never been here before so she showed me which washer was best and how to pay and whatnot. We talked and shared stories and she was very pleasant to talk to. Once my dogs bedding was done washing she helped me find the right size dryer. The overall experience for coming here for my first time made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely be coming back if I need to wash big items. I highly recommend coming to this place to wash anything you need. š ā¤ļø

The staff there are amazing and so very kind! Everthing is so simple and clean, plenty of machines to use. I've never really had to use a laundromat until now, but from what I've heard around the valley, this place is the best! It says so in the name ;)

Really bad customer service, I arrive at 7:02pm, the laundry close at 8:00pm n the employee donāt let me get in cause it was close, I was just to dry some coats

Staff is friendly and helpful! They have large capacity washers and dryers. Definitely would recommend.

It's expensive to dry clothes here. It's $1.25 for the first 15min and then Ā¢25 for 5min after that that's $2+
Also I thought what a deal they don't charge for different temps of water... Well that's because there is no warm or hot option it's all cold.

I love the big giant washer and the giant dryers! I can get all my laundry done with one washer!!
