Contacted Clusterfix back in November to fix my wifes 2008 Sebring. They have a specific fix for these EL backlight clusters because they unfortunately are notorious for failing. And I did not have the equipment to make the fix, so I found these guys online that offered the service. I got the cluster back in less than 2 weeks I live on East coast and they are on West Coast, and I didnt opt for any quick shipping options, so I'd so the turn around time was excellent!
I did have an issue at first where my cluster started flickering again shortly after I reinstalled. I reached out and their support was very helpful and offered to have it shipped back at no cost to me to have it looked at again. However, that wasn't necessary, as it fixed itself! My assumption is since my car was sitting for that time, I didn't have it on a battery tether and it was getting cold outside. Their support did say the upgrade and cluster needs to have proper voltage to operate properly, and sure enough after another couple days of driving (and the battery charging back up), the cluster has been flawless! We are so happy to be able to see at night, and their support offer if I did have problems would have been top notch! I definitely recommend using them, and especially if it's a Mopar using this type of backlight.

The woman at the counter was friendly and helpful. The repair was done quickly. They overhauled my whole cluster and even buffed the plastic cover so I can see everything super clear.
For an extra fee, they changed the L.E.D.s and needles, too. Luckily they offered colors that are sentimental to me as my truck was my friend's who has passed.

Amazing service! You saved me ClusterFix!! My 07 Land Rover LR3 was borked. ClusterFix not only fixed it, they put out a great video on how to safely remove my cluster. GOD BLESS YOU ClusterFix!!!

Took our cluster for our Infiniti QX56 and they did an amazing job. It was the first time in 4 years that it worked and it works amazingly. Would recommend them for any cluster fix you have. Very knowledgeable and super fast turnaround. Give them and A+++

Great experience with these guys. I followed his instructions and it was easy. Got it back like new even sooner than promised. My only regret is not doing it sooner, I've been using a Garmin for a speedometer for like 10 years lol.

Cluster fix is amazing! I have a 1994 Ford F-250 7.3L that had some Psom issues, it wasn’t shifting correctly and they fixed my problem! After I got the work done I also found an external problem in the wiring! They helped me through it and she’s back running how she should be! Thanks again cluster fix! You guys are the best!

Rude, no help whatsoever, told her about my instrument cluster from a 69 Plymouth. All works just need a few touch ups and fix a couple of loose pins. Her response “ We don’t work on anything that old”

I sent in my 2002 Volvo V70 XC instrument cluster to get repaired after the cluster started to switch on and off. It's a common problem with volvos of this age.
