I’ve rented here for several months and I’m very impressed! The units are clean, dry, and easy to access. The management team is always responsive and kind. I really like how secure the property feels, and the prices are reasonable for the area. Definitely a great choice for storage in West Richland!

Unfortunately I had to move out because I no longer stay in west Richland but I would highly recommend this place. Friendly staff easy to communicate with any issues or questions very responsive.

I wish I could give 10 stars!! Grace was unbelievably kind, considerate and all around helpful! Especially during a somewhat difficult transition, she made me feel hopeful! That’s the kind of customer service the world needs!!

Ideal Mini Storage is an amazing place to rent a unit. I've had nothing but overwhelming positive experiences with them. The prices are certainly unbeatable and the customer service is unmatched. I am so pleasantly surprised, a good storage place is difficult to come by. Ray was a great help over the phone, no hold time at at all and super helpful. All my questions were answered and all my problems were solved.

Within 10 minutes of submitting the inquiry, I was contacted by Maggie. She was extremely helpful and quickly moved me through the process of reserving a unit for the next day! Super easy to deal with and communicate with and very polite and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for anything more.
