i bought a battery pen it lasted a week tried to exchange the guy said I had it to long he said for no questions returns try Amazon but I like local business and I'm on a fixed income so I'm poor i tried to message the stores no luck when I call I just keep getting put on hold for way to long and when they do talk to me they ask how they can fix my problem I ask them to exchange it they so they won't
