“7/19/25: The owner restored my faith in humanity today. She apparently thought she had a genuine Parrish to sell, has apologized for selling me a fake and has since refunded my purchase. We will continue to patronize this shop, which has always been a favorite stop on our visits to Ocean Shores. Thank you! 7/17/25: I purchased what was represented to be a Maxfield Parrish print. Upon examining it closely at home, discovered it was actually an old page from a magazine. The selling price was $165 and we purchased it for $110 plus tax. Unless the seller refunds this purchase immediately I will be reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau and the Ocean Shores Chamber of Commerce. This is the most outrageous fraud I have ever encountered, and will not let it go without obtaining restitution. Needless to say, we will never patronize this shop again. Future customers be warned.”
