They got the job done, but were terrible about communication. Didn't receive a receipt when we wired over money, and only learned that the seller had signed the paperwork when the property listing showed up as "sold" on realtor.com. I'm sure they're great if you're used to buying and selling property, but if you're new to the process or like any sort of guidance they were really stressful to work with.

As a local Realtor, we use Title & Escrow companies a lot. AmeriTitle in White Salmon is my go-to when it comes to transactions in Klickitat county.Staff is very polite on the phone and they work very hard to reply timely. I know it isn't always very easy to deal with us Realtors, but they handle the situation very well keeping to their policies and helping as much as they can without favoritism.The reason this is a 4-Star review is because AmeriTitle in White Salmon tends to have difficulty managing large workloads, which affects Realtors and clients at times. For what they are able to accomplish with such a small staff is immensely respectable, but I do hope they find some additional help so I can keep using them more frequently during busy markets.I highly recommend them.
