Becky did an excellent job explaining the workout stimulus, leading us through the warm-up, athlete interaction, and staying present through out the entire class. The facility was one of the cleanest boxes I've visited and the equipment was mostly new and/or in excellent condition. The class mood was upbeat, supportive, and positive throughout the entire class. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area.”

“The most unfriendly down right rude Secretary of the gun club I have ever met. He welcomes new people to club by telling them this an expensive sport so if you don’t have money this won’t work for you. He denies people the right to use the club, and changes the rules that are set forth for every club. He thinks he owns the place and runs people off. This is not a club this is a one man show. Save your money go toPortland gun club where they welcome you and are friendly. You will be glad you did.”
