Juanita was so rude to my husband when he called to make a partial payment. He tried to explain why we couldn't pay the full bill, she said she didn't care and we needed to budget better and learn how to manage our power usage. How dare her! The monopoly that KPud has on our county needs to change!Time for some changes!!!!!
