I had an outstanding experience at Paco’s today! Roberto took care of my oil service quickly and professionally, and he went above and beyond by noticing a damaged tire on our Toyota Sienna. Thanks to his careful eye, he was able to replace it right away and keep our family safe on the road. I truly appreciate his excellent service, attention to detail, and friendly attitude. Highly recommend Paco’s and especially Roberto for anyone looking for honest and reliable auto care!

Was on vacation when my rental car got a flat and I needed to return it that day! Big name tire shops didn't even look at the tire and said it wasn't repairable... The car is a 4x4 so that means 4 new tires. Pacos took the time to take the tire off and determine that it was safe for a patch. 1000% reputable company and employees. Keep up the amazing work guys!!!

I was transporting guests and midway through our day a bad shimmy started in the vehicle. I left guests at a winery and ran to Paco’s. They found a tire out of balance and another that really needed to be replaced. Knowing I had clients waiting, the team at Paco’s jumped into action and got my tires repaired and replaced in no time. They got me back on the road before guests even knew I was gone. I can’t say enough good about their professionalism and priority on customer service.

Came in with a flat and Paco’s tires helped us out right away with a new(used) tire. In and out in 15 minutes! You can’t beat that service!

I called first about tire installation for my equinox and I had my own set of tires, I spoke with a woman. She told me the price was $110 all together to put my tires on and take my old ones. I called back an hour later to make an appointment and the guy who was the owner Paco, said to come in the next day anytime so I said I’d come at 1 pm. I waited 30 minutes in my car until they were ready just for them to say it will be an extra $10 each tire to dispose of them. The owner Paco then called the woman who I spoke with from the beginning and put her on speaker and she denied that she told me $110 would be the price for everything, she then asked for my name and I told her politely which she responded saying “Paco I never talked to her at all.” Paco told me in a rude way “I mean you can take them somewhere else if you want.” I wasted my time, my gas and was nothing but nice and I just told them I’d go somewhere else because I only have the $110. I didn’t have any extra money unfortunately to have him dispose of them not to mention they told me one thing then went back and denied the price they gave me or that I had even spoke with the woman. This place is unprofessional and they aren’t the most polite people from the woman who I had spoke with the first time to the employees and especially the owner himself.

Paco's Tire is professional, helpful, and won't try to sell you on things you don't need. I had plugged a nail hole in my tire, and wanted to see about a more permanent fix before leaving town. Even though they were obviously super busy, Paco offered to squeeze me in at the next possible time. He then offered to look at the plug, and gave me a honest advice that it looked good enough because I was on a timeline, but that I should deal with it once I got somewhere for a longer time.
I really appreciate Paco taking the time to look at the tire, and also for giving me a honest assessment knowing that it might mean that I wouldn't be paying him for a fix. I can't recommend Paco's Tire enough for the professionalism and honesty that make for excellent customer service.
