Upon admitted here, I was extremely sick. Was going thru a divorce/ forced move with the Holidays barreling down upon me. Completely broke with zero money I informed these scumbags I was in dire need of Medical assistance. Nonstop Vomiting/ Diarrhea etc. I was takin in, they couldn't find a single thing wrong with me, held me there against my will..freezing. I spoke 15 minutes max to the staff and they slammed me with a 4200.00 Bill!!!!!! My family doctor in Anacortes informed me this is a 280.00 visit. Attempting to jack my Insurance/ Credit cards on multiple occasions, Skyline Healthcare has Completely refused to negotiate or explain or Negotiate. I will not rest until I've shut this Scumbag Facility down forever. If u think your gonna die..do not...DO NOT GO TO THIS PATHETIC GROUP OF INSURANCE/ CERDIT CARD JACKERS!!!!!!!

Traveling from Minnesota to see my son who lives in lyle, I had a cycling accident on my birthday biking the Klickitat trail, and had to be seen in the ER on Sept 7th. I am a veteran and went to the closest medical facility. The staff at skyline were exceptional. My nurse ( I wish I could remember his name) was very nice and I would recommend this medical center to everybody. I was in and out in an hour and a half and that included an MRI for my head injury. I cannot say enough good things about this small town Mexican center!!!! I loved my experience, and how many people say that about a trip to the ER?

Whoever is in charge of making referrals is dangerously incompetent. She has taken over 6 months to refer my chronically I'll partner to a neurologist, and "works" from home. Seriously if administration reads this: FIRE HER!!! She has almost cost my partner her life with her incompetence.

Referral coordinator almost killed my friend with her incompetence. 6 months for a Referral when a patient is in a life threatening situation? That's messed up. Fire the Referral coordinator or bring them back to the office.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL! FRAUDULENT BILLING PRACTICE!!!! Beware! They charged me over $4k for a 20 min breast cyst drainage which is a $500 procedure anywhere else. When I asked about the charges, they said you have to pay for the walls, the electricity and the light bulbs! I kid you not! They’ve refused to adjust the bill. The worst kind of malpractice and poor American healthcare.

We used their event space and it's beautiful! Such a great view, a large space, and everything we need for a great team-building event. Elizabeth and Rob were great to work with too, as was the cafeteria staff when we forgot paper plates and needed a way to transport our drinks!

Great staff, from the doctor that treated me in ER, to the nurses and staff I found upon check in. Parking was ok. The view is incredibly wonderful for any accompanying visitors.

I am writing concerning a recent visit by a member of our family to the emergency room and a subsequent stay at Skyline Hospital: I am familiar with hospitals and their medical providers and can say unequivocally that the service we received was of the highest level and quality, that the nurses were kind, professional and most attentive, and the treatments by the doctors precise and healing. The staff here is amazingly friendly and very experienced. I’ve never had a shot been given so well as to I realized she did it as she put on the bandaid! Highly recommend

The doctors and the rest of the staff at Skyline were excellent. A few weeks ago I went to the Emergency Room for a laceration, and they were very competent, professional and compassionate. There was very little wait time for both of my visits, and I was treated to friendly staff with a great attitude. It is good to know that there is quality medical care in the area.

So called free Covid booster vax being free and No out of pocket costs. I would have gone some other place to get it. Watch yourselves for hidden charges. Even though they say its FREE.
