These people are non stop loosing important mail. In the last month o have not recieved 3 important pieces of mail that i know about. Weyerhauser recreation pass packet with access key, a paycheck and hunting licenses/tags. We have not received mail on monday for over a month and if our mail is delivered saturday its mostly after 7pm

Wouldn't recommend this post office. Not only are they rude and uncooperative, they decide that they have any sort of decision over all packages. So if they don't want to deliver them, they send them back. Even if it's another company that has used them or medical necessity. They extort you for money just to have your packages delivered. It's gross. After living in winlock since 2005, somehow we can't have packages delivered now. And instead of giving a reason, they just send them back with no notice. The biggest group of unprofessional people I've ever met. If you're too lazy, just quit.

Extremely rude clerk at the front counter. I shrugged it off the first time I went in, people have off days. My second experience was way worse. I'm sorry if you dislike your job, there are plenty of friendly people that would gladly take it. I have shipped out from many post offices, and have never come into contact with such a salty clerk. Put a smile on your face, make the world a better place!
Update: When I originally made this review, the clerk was the main issue. Fastforward years later. This is literally the worst post office I've ever used. We (the whole town) don't get our mail for 4+ days at a time. I've put small spur packages in the collection box before the last pick up, and had no scan on them for 3 days before. The post master has the carriers scan no access & weather delay on a regular basis, when neither of these things are true. That's withholding the mail, which is illegal. Yet, no job openings for Winlock, when you hop on usps website. 🤯

Everyone you speak to in the postal office always has a piss poor attitude. Refuse to stop giving me precious tenants mail to the point I’m getting 4 other people’s mail that don’t live in my house including their tax documents. I’ve tried multiple times to have them only deliver my mail and even filled out the paper stating who lives here. Worst postal office I’ve ever dealt with.

Postal clark don't know the legal way of helping a Process Server. Handed her the form said I would have to wait to get it in the mail. When I went to 2 other post office this day and everything I needed was on their post office screen. You don't put the legal system on hold when papers have to be served in so many days before court. One town was smaller then Winlock and she was right on it. Time to retire and new blood that wants to work.

I'm contacting the United States post master general My Mail went from getting my mail at 2 pm to now it's 8 PM or later according to all of the other posts offices all Mail should be delivered by 5 pm the worst part is half the time they don't deliver at all and they are stealing people's meds

Usps as a whole is terrible, but ive never had so many packages run past the scheduled delivery date until i moved here. Itll say out for delivery, then keep changing the delivery time, then eventually move the date to the next day. Happens FAR too often. I dont understand how it happens so often. Crazy. Also when its a big package or multiple packages, instead of bringing it up the driveway to my porch, they will just cram it in the box, often damaging the packaging, sometimes the item itself.

Worst Post office in the United States I have lived all over the US this is the worst my mail was coming at 1 o'clock now I don't get it until 7 o'clock or not at all someone at the post office is stealing mail and my medicine they are the most rudest people I have ever dealt with
