I'm contacting the United States post master general My Mail went from getting my mail at 2 pm to now it's 8 PM or later according to all of the other posts offices all Mail should be delivered by 5 pm the worst part is half the time they don't deliver at all and they are stealing people's meds

Usps as a whole is terrible, but ive never had so many packages run past the scheduled delivery date until i moved here. Itll say out for delivery, then keep changing the delivery time, then eventually move the date to the next day. Happens FAR too often. I dont understand how it happens so often. Crazy. Also when its a big package or multiple packages, instead of bringing it up the driveway to my porch, they will just cram it in the box, often damaging the packaging, sometimes the item itself.

Worst Post office in the United States I have lived all over the US this is the worst my mail was coming at 1 o'clock now I don't get it until 7 o'clock or not at all someone at the post office is stealing mail and my medicine they are the most rudest people I have ever dealt with

I had a couple Xmas packages not arrive because we can't get usps at our house I guess(dont really have a carrier option when purchasing online sometimes). I tried googling a phone # to the building so I can ask them to not send it back but I only got the 1800 so there was no way for me to reach the post office in time. Package was returned which is whatever I can always reorder. I just didn't like the way the person talked to me when I got a call back. It was a very aggressive talk down to me tone. She said I filed a complaint when all I did was ask the customer service rep why sometimes I get packages at my house and sometimes I don't. Like the call was pleasent w/ the customer service rep. This new lady from the post office explained to me the answer and I believe her. She was very knowledgeable and even gave me a tip for how to avoid it in the future which I appreciated. She just came a little strong at the beginning when all I had was a question.

Just wanted to share my great experiences with this post office.Back in June I didn’t put enough postage on my wedding invites, they formed an assembly line and helped me add the right postage when they didn’t have to help me.Yesterday morning my baby ducklings arrived and they let me come pick them up at 7am. They were so nice about it and sweet to my ducklings.They have also answered a million questions from me about shipping pricing so thank you Winlock PO.

Always getting other people's mail. They broke the door off my old mail box and told me to replace it. So I did. Well they broke the door on it too now. 2 times on this new box. Today 3/17 they broke the door off completely.

Don’t count on these guys or the post master to be professional. I have gotten multiple nasty hand written notes in my mail box. *Including telling my mother who was recovering from cancer surgery that they were tired of delivering her forwarded mail.*They literally just snuck up on my dog, maced her and now because they refuse to follow their own stated policies (they are supposed to honk and ensure there are no dogs out and about before they get out of their car) they now have an excuse to no longer deliver packages. Excellent use of my tax payer dollars. ?We’ll be getting a Napavine address. The ladies in that office are fabulous. Don’t waste your time with Winlock unless you want a nightmare.

I consistently have issues with my mail carrier. The people in the office are kind and try to be helpful but that's probably why they are in the office, because they have better patience than the carriers. I had three items delivered to the wrong address yesterday and now I have to interrupt my life to get them reordered because the Post Office can't find them. Super irritated.

Never had a problem with this place. Every time I go into the post office, they're quick and helpful.Every mail person is cheery and professional, and I can only recall 2 instances in the past 23 years that mail was sent to the wrong address; one time I received my neighbor's and the other time neighbor received mine.Delivery times do vary at my current address, with nearly 2 hour window, but considering the long driveways and methed-up Winlockian hillbillies they gotta deal with, I can't blame them.

This is a note for the early morning delivery drivers, the woman you all complain about when you deliver is only looking to make sure that the building doesn't get damaged by any bad drivers. So instead of taking an attitude, Don't go through the alley, deliver on the far side and backup to the yellow pillar to make the delivery. It will cause things to go a bit smoother and you might find out that she's not difficult to get along with. I didn't have any problems and she and I chatted quite a bit. Thanks, -ANUBIS-

I've had good and bad experience with this one. There is a deck clerk I absolutely love, but the boss is not very professional. My normal mail delivery lady does a great job, but her substitute puts my mail in my neighbor's box on either side of me more then 50% of the time. Glad I know my neighbor! I've gone in to complain about this sub after I read the rules on how the post master is supposed to handle it and she absolutely didn't do any of it. She got snarky with me, I assume she got her friend a job, judging by her response to complaints
