The bikes seemed brand new. My daughter had a fall resulting in a scrape to the frame and they were not concerned at all about the bike but more concerned about my daughter (she was fine). The bathroom was pristine. We have rented bikes from different places across the country from Alaska to North Carolina and this was by far the easiest and the best experience.”
