We had the BEST time! And to ride on beautiful horses up into the hills: surreal. We absolutely enjoyed the simplistic nature of the owners and seeing the aspect of farming cattle and being apart of the trail riding. This was as authentic and real as we had hoped. We really enjoyed the owner and his demeanor and can't say enough of our day. Our kind of folks.

The ranch dog had more personality and people skills than the person guiding/leading the ride.

We stayed here few nights and were pleased with the service the owners offered. It is pretty quiet place with easy access to the trail along the river. The ranch is located 15 mins away from downtown Winthrop and we were very happy that staying away from downtown.

They seemed like real nice people. We called and attempted to make a reservation, they weren’t able to say what type of snowmobiles they had… just singles or doubles. Not years of the machine, brand, so the gal said her husband would call back, we told her we wanted a sled for the next day which they had no reservations yet. Waited for a call and didn’t happen, called again later and she mentioned the same that her husband would call. Called again in the morning and finally talked to the husband and he said because we didn’t make a reservation they decided to be closed. Customer service isn’t there, may be the only place in town which is sad, another source told me their sleds are fairly older and beat up.

Do not recommend, poorly managed. Needs an admin assistant.

Website rates are not correct, would recommend calling to get correct rates. Was told they do not plan to update, around $30 more for trail ride than what is listed on website.

Don was a great guide, the acreage we explored was beautiful and had some stunning views! If you put in the location for Google maps, it’s actually a bit further down the road than what Google mentions, but they have a large sign, you can’t miss it. Just 7-10 minutes outside of Winthrop! Have fun!

We had a fun snowmobiling experience last winter. Only complaint is the age and condition of the snowsuits, however I really didn't need to wear one. The heated snowmobile handles were terrific and I never got cold. Lodging was good mainly due to the great firepit outside and cozy wood stove inside. Kitchen was plenty big to make meals and play games at the table.

I was incredibly dissappointed in the customer service of this agency. I spoke with the owner on the phone about a booking and I made a mistake and she was very rude to me and had no patience with me. Sad, no reason to treat people that way.

There were quite a few red flags pre-snowmobile trip that I should have taken note on, notably:1. Misinformation: I was charged 100% of the reservation after giving my credit card details over the phone. It states on their website "30% Non-Refundable Deposit required at time of reservation".2. No email confirmation: I'm typically notified by email on pertinent details/instructions pre-visit to prep.3. Directions to show up 15 minutes before the snowmobile ride: I've gone snowmobiling ~4+ times, and we've always had to come in 30 minutes beforehand in order to fill out any forms, pick out gear, etc. And we usually just barely leave on time (we usually don't). So prepping for 15 minutes guaranteed we left substantially later than we were supposed to.4. Not providing gloves: Now I know this one might seem strange, but all the places that we've went provides gloves. There's a reason for this: the high speed winds and cold temperatures numb your hands in mere seconds without proper gloves. So if you've brought your flimsy fall-time gloves, expect a painful ride with potential frost-bite. I'm not even sure what would've happened if we didn't bring our own ski gloves, but I'm glad we didn't have to find out. Our lead guide's snowmobile's hand warmers weren't working, so he had to stop and pick up heavy-duty gloves from the back-guide's pack.Anyways, the worst part is that we were shortchanged on time. We ended the trip 45 minutes earlier, and as a result, probably lost out on ~20% of the value of our reservation..
