I enjoyed meeting Karen but my shellac manicure was really not a good experience. Two nails chipped in one day. It appears my left hand did not get the topcoat. Thus full compared to my right hand. Uneven, clumpy job. It is day four and the shellac is peeling off my right hand. Karen is very nice, but my manicure was not. No attention to detail. And over priced for such inferior work. I would text or email these two photos but have no contact info for her.

Referred by concierge at Sun Mountain Lodge for a friend for a polish change for . Able to get a last minute appointment, greeted by Karen herself. Rebecca was incredibly personable, sweet, funny and knowledgeable of the area. The service was spectacular. While discussing lunch options Rebecca suggested Fork for a Vietnamese sandwich for its organic vegetables and homemade bread. This place is awesome. My friend enjoyed the service and experience. I was able to find some Dermologica products for myself. This is a little gem of a place. Think Truvy's from Steel Magnolias!

I recently got married in Mazama and had my hair done by Stephanie for my big day. I'm a city girl who always wears a ponytail, so I had a trial done the day before so I would know what to expect. Stephanie listened to everything I said and I ended up with precisely what I wanted! The next day, my wedding day, we made some changes and I LOVED the final result. I could not have been happier. The salon itself is cute, warm, and welcoming. The price for my bridal updo was a little over half of what I would have expected to pay for the same thing back in Seattle. I would go back here in a heartbeat.
