Scheduled appointments: concerns are thoroughly addressed and treatment offered, however lately it has been otc medicine or even supplements at inflated rates... I don't really want to expirament w my 11 year old dog, if he's suffering I just want solutions that already exist!Dental cleanings: years passed its been fine, but in the last few years, again we are upsold. They call and offer xrays for $$$ because he has a broken tooth.. and at pick up.. nvm he didn't! Same thing happened to 2 friends and their pets. This last occasion we weren't upsold, but when I called to check on my dog after 6-7 hours after drop off and no news, they informed me that they hadn't even started. They mentioned he had blood testing and prep..but common in the past the whole thing was 3-4 hours... I get there's a line, but why schedule my drop off at 7am!?Annual Check ups: always call to schedule us in a timely matter. No problems at all except again, high pressure upselling of preventative flea medicine, and side eye when we mention he has an otc routine. The items above are annoying, but they GREATLY care about my dog and am happy enough to stay. All vet assistants have been wonderful, not a single complaint.

I am writing this approximately two hours after they were supposed to have opened this morning. My calls are going straight to an automated message saying that they are closed.

Best care of our pet we ever had. Thank you Dr. Auchenbach and Dr. Gilpin. I will always remember the personalized care you gave my family. I highly recommend the Lynnwood and Woodinville Banfields for their doctors, and nurses and all care team members including front desk team. Thank you.

It was Sunday at 2 o'clock my dogs face was swelling up and having a allergic reaction,I had called 4 other Banfields knowing it was a long shot praying for a opening. To no avail, everyone was booked or even over booked. I called Woodinville and talk to Nelson, he heard me out and looked up my dogs history while telling me they only have 1 doctor and are booked. Then put me on hold talked to the doctor and the entire team from Nelson, Tosha, Jen, Dr G, don't wanna spell it wrong sorry doc, Pulled through and squeezed me in securing the steroids my dog needed. GREAT HUMANS l!!! I will always Remember that and Thank u Thank u Thank u

Avoid this veterinarian clinic if possible. I’ve been mistreated by two of their Veterinarians. For example yesterday Dr. Gilpin was very unkind, condescending, and came across entitled. She discriminated against myself and my beautiful fur baby. We paid for our examination nonetheless we were not treated well. The assistant who ushered us into the examination did not setup the room before hand. I asked for an x-ray of my pregnancy female dog. Dr. Gilpin did not offer me a glimpse of the x-ray. Dr. Gilpin made me feel very uncomfortable and we wait an excess amount time to receive minimum feed back. My other dog was neutered yesterday as well. Again, I received minimal feedback, I heard him crying in the back before they would release him to me and when I mentioned it, I was told what I was hearing wasn’t my boy Kai Kai. When I left nobody was concerned I was juggling two dogs and I’m disabled. I feel these veterinarians at this clinic need to learn humility. I will be contacting my attorney to have him contact corporate.

I really can't say enough good things about banfield. I have always had a great experience with banfield. I took my kitten here to get surgery due to an obstruction in his tummy and they were knowledgeable, caring and a 1/3 the price of the emergency animal hospital. I ended up going to banfield for the surgery after having my kitten diagnosed at the animal hospital but they didn't have a surgeon opening for another day and recommended I call around to see who had an opening. The animal hospital quoted me 6k for the surgery and I paid 2k at banfield for the same surgery.

The vets are exceptional at this location. The problem is the customer service. This location has no accountability. On more than one occasion weather calling in for prescription refill request or simply asking for a conformation of information the people that have answered the phones have been extremely rude and hung up on me and yelled at me. None of this is acceptable customer service especially to a customer that has been paying monthly for years. Today was the final straw with my relationship with this location when a very rude receptionist called and yelled at me and wouldn't give me his name. Furthermore, they made things up about my dog when I was in the room for the appointment and know exactly what happened. It's unfortunate that the veterinarians are some of the best out there but, the team supporting them makes it impossible to use the service.

We've been taking our dogs here for a few years now and really enjoy the staff and care they receive. Always appreciate their drop-off appointments as this typically allows us to have our pups seen earlier. Special shout out to all the staff for their continuous hard work and efforts for our pups!

Nice enough staff, but Banfield now charges you a $73 exam fee even if the appointment is just for a vaccine booster and no exam is needed. I’ve never been to a vet before that makes you do the exam more than 1-2 times a year (unless needed and requested by the pet owner). When I asked a staff member about this, I was advised that the vet still has to “examine the pet at the vaccine appointment.” No, they don’t. I don’t need a doctor to examine me every time I get a vaccine booster, and neither does my dog. That’s a tech appointment - should be in and out within ten minutes. Because of this policy, I waited 45 minutes for ONE vaccine to be done, along with their required exam. What should’ve been a $40 visit turned into $113 because of the required exam fee. Save yourself some time and money, find a local vet (not a chain), and get things done in the time and on the budget you plan for. Banfield is not in the business to help the pet/pet owner, but are clearly just in it to make a profit.

Dr. Gilpin and all of the staff here took great care of our elderly cat right up to the end of her life. We especially appreciated how they explained exam findings and our options for treatment. The Optimum Wellness Plan is a great deal if you have an elderly pet who needs extra care.
