Absolute worst backing experience I’ve ever had gone through. If it wasn’t for my Alaska Airlines Visa I have there is No Way I would ever bank with them. Unless you like standing in line for 20 to 45 minutes each time take your money elsewhere.

We were helped by several employees last week one named Anne (had blonde hair/glasses)? And a banker named Rachel or Katie (sorry I dont remember her name) she had dark hair, nice nails and had a Hispanic last name. They went out of their way and scheduled us an appointment the same day when it was busy to help us close my dads bank account. These two staff members were very kind, patient, respectful and understanding with my mom and our situation. Thank you!

One of the few left open. Understaffed. Pay for more tellers wages. I have never not had to wait at all hours of the day. The problem is not the staff. Just lack of staff and lack of locations. Sad bank of america has gone downhill so much.

The line is always 5+ people with 1-2 people working. Tellers are nice enough but they must be stressed. This is pretty normal for Bank of America locations in the area but I will be switching banks as a result.

When my turn came up, the teller’s computer started having issues, after she tried seeing if it would work, she told me “sorry, my computer is down, please get back in line to get help from the other teller” which I was shocked by.. your computer has issues when it’s my turn and I have to go back in line behind 6-7 people?? Luckily the person that was getting help from the other teller overheard and let me get help before him. I had came in to deposit or cash a check that was signed off to me and the teller kept changing her story on why she couldn’t do it. She also tried implying that the reason she couldn’t help me was because, in her words “How do I know you didn’t find that check and just signed your name on it?” Just extremely stupid responses from both tellers in each situation. Would recommend going to another bank

Line out the door and 1 teller. Yet offices are full of people doing nothing. Why is every BofA like this?

Literal worst bank. They intentionally organize purchases to overdraft and you cannot reach a real person

If I could give BOA a zero I would. BOA in general was horrid to deal with. Our bank account of several thousand was ZEROED out by digital theft. I waited 2 HOURS before the Fraud Dept even answered so I could report it. We picked this branch to go into and do as the Fraud person said -- have the bank person call so our money could be recovered. The bank agent had NO direct phone line-we waited 1.5 hours after she called for the Fraud Dept to pick up. And no they did not fix it. It took over a dozen persistent calls with long wait times on hold on our part to BOA Fraud talking to different people each time telling different stories and 3 months later before we got OUR money back. Luckily we had some money stashed elsewhere to pay bills. They never bothered to reach out and notify us, but on one of the calls I was told we had to get proof that our computer was hacked or the agent asked "how would they know we didn't do it?" !!!! REally!? During this ordeal we went back to this branch a second time to get my pension money that had just been direct deposited, but they said no. We would have to get out of the line, sit and wait til they served everyone else in the lines, then they would call Fraud again to get an ok to release OUR money (meaning another 1-2 hour wait). We were BOA customers for many years (mostly Kenmore branch which has been closed during Covid), but given the treatment we received, we will never bank with BOA again when this ordeal is completely over. And we are recommending same to all friends and family. Horrible experience. Awful to deal with, can't say that enough.

Everyone says this but this would be a 0 stars if it was possible. Went here to deposit a check, I asked the untrained lady that attended me if there would be any holds or when I could expect my money, she replied with “you should see it by tomorrow”. False information from a worker who hasn’t been properly trained. The check is on hold for 10 days, why? No clue, no one at Bank of America can give me an answer. The company I work for already “paid out” the check per their records. Now how do I know this person isn’t properly trained? Because some other lady there, who knows who she is, tells me that there’s no way to know if a check will be put on hold or not. Terrible place, I will be cancelling my account as soon as my check is taken off hold. Been with them for 16 years, unfortunately this is how they treat their customers.

I was here a couple of days ago. The team here was amazing and helped with all the information and work. I live a little far but still don’t mind visiting this branch because of the exceptional people!

They don’t EVER answer phone. No line at counter and 1 person in branch, but they still didn’t answer. Also, no way to email a manager.
