After shuffling around all day yesterday we ended our journey at BECU and Eric L. was a life saver.Eric asked all the right questions, listened to the problems we were having and figured out a solution and we got everything we needed done. He even went the extra step and made sure things were still in the condition we left them. He was great and we owe him big time. Thank you BECU and more importantly Thank you Eric L of the Woodinville Branch.

I have always been pleased with the service at this location, but don’t expect them to notarize any paper validating your mental ability!! They won’t do it!

It's a credit union, you really can't go wrong with those. Employees were really nice, I needed to get a card replaced and also sign up for online banking, the teller was very helpful and also had a little animal crossing perpetual block calendar, which was pretty cool.

Limited services and offerings. BECU is way overrated. Some companies get unfairly bad reputation however BECU gets unfairly good reputation. If one really thinks about what BECU offers or what it can do for you, it ranks very low. Don't even get me started about the services of this location.

I came in to do a balance transfer in a credit card, the girl who helped me was very nice. I found out she was also very incompetent. I explained I was here for the 0 balance transfer fee/interest card. She verified my address which was incorrect, I wrote down the new address. She then sent me away and said she will take care of everything. I followed up next day as I had no news. She said I was approved for XX amount and she fedex the card. Okay great... not great didn't get the card weeks later so I followed up. She did not update my address, she approved me for the wrong card and even the amount she gave me was incorrect. I have been working on this since 1/3. I still have not resolved the balance transfer done that I was still went to a bank that was not mine, the. I was told that was an errrornand went to the correct bank. The check was never revived I called back 2/15 to stopPay the check. I am still waiting for my card to be refunded and I am paying on a balance that isn't mine. I really wish I had not walked into this bank as I sit here in the branch again. I have wasted so much time calling online chatting and sitting in the branch my blood pressure in up for sure!!

Every becu I ever been to has never had a problem with me bringing in my well behaved pooch except this place. I will avoid this location like the plague. This person who said she wasn't allowed in seemed crabby and rude

NOT FOR BUSINESS ANYMORE!! I started my business banking at BECU 11 years ago. Initially, I was thrilled with their service and their people but over the last few years their service has deteriorated tremendously. True, the pandemic has affected us all but I recently moved my business to Chase and they don't seem to have the same problems. A few examples: 1. If you call BECU customer service you are left on hold forever only to get a message telling you to send them an email. 2. If you send them an email you get a message telling you that they will address your matter in FIVE DAYS! I know from experience now that they mean it too. 3. I even sent a snail mail message to one of their executives several months ago and never got a reply. Maybe this kind of service is ok for personal accounts, but it does NOT work for businesses that cannot wait FIVE days.

On 6/16/2022, I went in to this branch in hopes that they would have a difficult to find banking service.I was greeted warmly and after finding out what I needed was directed to the manager.The manager was professional, interested and was able to perform the task needed.Although I have been a BECU member for years, I had been using Chase Bank.I am now moving my banking to BECU.This location gets my highest recommendation to anyone seeking excellence in banking.

On 6/16/2022, I went in to this branch in hopes that they would have a difficult to find banking service. I was greeted warmly and after finding out what I needed was directed to the manager. The manager was professional, interested and was able to perform the task needed. Although I have been a BECU member for years, I had been using Chase Bank. I am now moving my banking to BECU. Dropped into BECU today to discuss investment options with money from a home I just sold. I am having the money transfers to my BECU account. They really didn’t seem to care. Was told they were just going to refer me to someone else. I asked what the benefit would be for me to keep my money at BECU vs Fidelity and was told that it doesn’t make any difference. Why do I have an account with BECU? Guess it’s time to pay off my car with them and close the account. Was really floored by the lack of interest in my financial needs or goals.

Always helpful. I have a mental disability that makes understanding new information extremely hard. Every time I go into BECU this affects me in some way. The people there never miss a step. They politely explain my confusion and wait for me to understand.By looking at me you can not tell I have any issues so I feel like they would do this for anyone that comes in. Thank you BECU for your great customer service.
