I regret to express my disappointment with the cleanliness and hygiene standards observed during my recent visit to Bright Now! in Woodinville. The lack of proper sanitation and tidiness in the office was concerning. Maintaining high hygiene standards is crucial in a dental setting for patient safety and confidence. I left before mid-appointment due to the level of discomfort I had, in addition to the long appointment for a first visit. I was there for nearly an hour before seeing a dentist and was informed they had no intent on even cleaning my teeth that day, in addition to the first patient exam - which is what I was there for.Areas needing improvement:- Unclean floors and walls- Rusted equipment (e.g. overhead light for teeth cleaning was filled with some orange/rust residue buildup)- Dental chairs need scrubbed, covered in scuff marksAddressing these issues promptly will greatly enhance the patient experience and ensure a safer environment for all.

Positive, affordable and usually on time! Very knowledgeable staff including front office support. I appreciate that they all take the time to explain options, whether it be financial or procedural.**I have had a couple of emergencies over the years and they always seem understanding and willing to help fit you in as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Sara and the staff at Woodinville..

I am just over a month out after having my wisdom teeth removed and I am horrified at the quality of care that I received at the office in Woodinville. The day I arrived for wisdom tooth removal, I first met with a receptionist at the front desk. She was hasty and seemed to only be interested in payment, which I had been told I would be able to speak to team members about before my surgery. She then proceeded to send my medications to a pharmacy that doesn’t exist, while refusing to answer my questions about what type of pain medication I would receive. I did not want opioid pain killers prescribed to me, and they still were.I then headed into the operating room. Immediately, a surgical assistant took my vitals and the oral surgeon detailed my treatment, reclined the operating table, and began my IV. It was only then that the receptionist rushed in with a bill about $300 higher than the original quote provided to me. I received no opportunity to discuss payment with team members at all, let alone after this adjustment. She just said, “See? This is close.” She then grabbed my purse and told me to get out my card. I signed it without fully consenting since I didn’t know if I was already receiving anesthesia and was scared that I might lose consciousness if I were to go the route that I had planned, which would have involved a phone call to my mother in order to use my family’s HSA card. To reiterate: I was charged $1,500 for the surgery with the IV in my arm, not knowing when I would lose consciousness. My last memory was immediately after that and it was the oral surgeon taking the purse from my lap, since the receptionist didn’t bother to remove it after getting her payment. After receiving my surgery, we were given very little direction. As mentioned previously, my medications were given with no explanation as to their risks and sent to a pharmacy that doesn’t exist. They were then redirected to a different pharmacy, but not before my numbness wore off and I was left with about an hour of the brunt of my surgical pain shortly post-operation.Toward the end of my first week post-op, I ended up with a dry socket. Because this clinic is closed on Saturdays, I went to a different office that was very kind, answered all of my questions and asked for consent repeatedly during my course of treatment. A dentist even flagged me down before I left to ask about my pain relief plan and let me know that he recommended a slight change. When I called the Woodinville office back to get a follow up scheduled given the complication, they directed me to track down the oral surgeon. They somewhat condescendingly informed me that we should have known to call the surgeon’s “after-hours only personal number” (quoted from his written instructions) at 1pm on a Monday. Finally, I arranged to have a few final fillings and a permanent crown put in about a week ago. Had the crown not already arrived and my only other option to continue with a temporary, I would not have gone back to this office. There, I was informed that the fillings would have to be paid for out of pocket due to having maxed out my insurance, so I refused them. When I asked why I hadn’t been updated on this, I was told that the receptionist had told “some guy” who I was with when I had my extractions. This person is my boyfriend, but I don’t believe that my personal health information should have been discussed with him at all given my right to privacy as outlined by HIPAA, and particularly not while I was under the effects of anesthesia and certainly unable to consent to that information being shared.I reached out about this to their general company and received no response. I'm posting because this experience felt exploitative and could be dangerous. Be extremely cautious if you choose to go here.

I have left not one, not two, but three messages asking the practice manager to contact me about the quality of the care received at this location back in June 2022.The lone dentist on-staff spent less than 20 minnutes cleaning my teeth (they do not have a hygienist on-staff) after stating she was going to "deep clean" half of my teeth. I've been seeing dentists my entire life. A deep cleaning can take anywhere from 15-60 minutes just to clean one quadrant of the mouth; that's why it's usually broken up into at least 2 sessions. (This dentist said she could do my entire mouth in one sitting.)Based on simple math, it should have taken at least 30 minutes for her to "deep clean" half of my mouth and then an additional xx(??) number of minutes to manually scale the rest of the teeth. As I stated, she "cleaned" my entire mouth in no more than 20 minutes, which has never happened in my life.Furthermore, using my tongue and looking in a mirror, I could see a major difference between how my teeth have looked and felt and the results were night and day...and not in a good way.In my opinion, people should avoid this location at all costs as it does not seem that the dentist or the practice manager care.(I work in the medical field, so maybe it's an HMO dental thing as some medical providers don't like to put in the full effort when they know they won't get paid as much as they would with a PPO or preferred dental plan.)

I have had an unpleasant customer service experience at this location and wouldn’t visit again. They are very rude and charge outrageous even after talking to the insurance they gave me incorrect amount. That way later after a year I had to pay the entire amount out of pocket and nothing was covered. They should have told me before hand so I did not get the treatment from them. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Please don’t waste your money with bad customer service, use inappropriate language too with customer.
